    Whitney did record a gospel album it was a soundtrack to the preacher's wife and have 12 gospel songs that's a full album and not to mention it's the best selling gospel album of all time, and how can you focus on her hair with this interview you should be focusing on the the faith and love Whitney had for Christ and how her mother you can see is the grief and sorrow in her face in this interview but she knows Whitney is with Jesus and that's what gets her through it and that's what gives her peace xo

      Yes, from left to right the women are Cissy, Her sisters... Lee (Mother of Dionne & Dee-Dee Warwick) Rebbie , Anne, and Judy Clay (whom I've read somewhere was a cousin, who had a Solo career in secular music) The 2 men I believe are Cissy's Brothers. Cissy made her living doing secular music mostly.

    Read the short book, it makes total sense & gets at the crux of
    Whitney's issues.

    Greatest Talents Of All Time And Why It Could Be Happening To You"

    What a lovely woman of God. what Whitney's life Demonstrated is the powerful draw, seduction actually, in America of the music industry. I can't think of another country which has seduced more people out of the church. But admittedly the so called Church has played a major role in aiding that process. If only they had allowed muso's to use their talent as it developed in themselves instead of dictating how God wanted them to use it. my sons own band was turned away by religious nuts, and accepted by a secular recording company the NEXT week. As a pastor I managed and supported them to a successful career, reaching hundreds of thousands of youth at the time. lets all give the church a great big applause1

      Feel exactly the same as you. In the beginning I loved watching Kat Kerr's heaven revelations. Most of her videos I've watched till I noticed something that made me ask questions. When she said she saw John Wayne in heaven I just accepted it without a question. I wasn't old enough to form an opinion of him as I didn't watch his films. When she said she saw Whitney in heaven singing etc, I thought; "Yeah, probably." When she told of seeing Elvis in heaven, then Michael Jackson.. I had to go back to my Bible and stopped watching Kat Kerr's video.

    Sorry, maybe this is a cultural thing, but you are her MOTHER- you can tell her what to do until the end of time! Maybe if she was more in her daughters life, checking in on her and making sure she was ok as everyone knew that she had a drug problem, then maybe she and the world wouldn't of lost Whitney at such a young age. Where I come from the parents are responsible for their children and to teach them how to act and behave until they get it right. If my child was drug addicted I wouldn't let off until they were sick of me enough to stop, get help, come to Jesus and save their life! Her mom has a real careless approach to how she looked at it and like it's not my fault and blah blah when if that's your child then it is, whether you see it that way or not- in my culture what the kids do reflect on the parents- good parenting or not. This was a real sad interview to watch- no wonder Whitneys whole life was as it was - smh

      Omg! I am an addict, currently in recovery. My mother suffered while watching me self destruct. She planned my funeral. She did everything she knew to do. This is not anyting a parent can arrest or cure. My mother had to be prescribed an depressant in order to cope with my illness. She planned my funeral. I believe she prayed for my passing so that I could be free of my demons. There is no human power who can save someone from this disorder. I pray you never experience the absolute hell, helplessly watching someone you love absolutely destroy themselves. May God bless you with compassion 4 people who suffer from something you don't understand.

    • @juliedefee567
      @juliedefee567 5 лет назад +1

      PS, my mother was at one time extremely judgemental of anyone who didn't measure up to her expectations. At the time of her passing 18 months ago, she had experienced so many hardships. Most of which she previously, in her earlier life, judged others for. Karma? However, she gained compassion and wisdom and was able to comfort others facing the same challenges. It made her a stronger and better person. Again, I hope you never are touched by this disease and the Damage that it will do to not only your loved one, but you as well. Actually, it will wreck anyone who loves that individual. Try as you might, with everything in you, you will fail to control anything about that person or his or her illness. The more you try, the sicker you will become. You will be codependent and just as sick as the addict. Addiction is a family disease. To believe you have the power to control something so complex, is very arrogant. I do wish God's blessings on you and your heart.

    • @juliedefee567
      @juliedefee567 5 лет назад

      I'm sorry, I am compelled to share that addicts commit suicide daily. Please keep that in mind and never, ever believe you have the wisdom to advise a sick and suffering addict or alcoholic. You are not qualified. Find out what you can do to be part of the solution common not the problem.
