I miss mine. I miss it even more after buying my '21 ZX6-R. That old ZZR could be ridden all day, every day in comfort and a girlfriend on the back. My new bike, while much snappier and sportier, is horrendously uncomfortable. I'm honestly considering buying a used 05-08 ZZR to use as an every day rider and simply relegating my new baby to track work and local hooning.
I keep trying to explain this to my buddies that I ride with. But they keep buying newer sportbikes like you mentioned. And not only can I keep up with them at any non-insane riding, I can still be riding hours after they are done for the day. Have had at least one buddy that literally turned down rides because they were approaching 100 miles or so and that was too far. I love my bike too. Only thing I would change is that I really wish it were EFI.
Comment on the brakes. I know that Coffee Guy Rides uses his rear brake a lot. At the time he was riding this bike, unknown to me (since I mainly use the front brakes), the rear brakes needed to be bled. After bleeding the brakes, it will lock up the rear in a hurry if you stomp on the pedal. Coffee Guy did not have this when he was riding the bike and talking about the brakes.
Hi! We are from spain and we Wonder where you are from? Coffee guy and you? We love the States and the landscape on the video look nice! By the Way, we have the same bike! Greatings!
It is a 2008 ZZR600 (It's my bike...) But the 2005-2008 ZZR600s are exactly the same as the 2000-2002 ZX6R. So, you are kind of correct, but Coffee Guy is completely correct.
I love my ZZR 600, 30 years old with 10K on the clock....

@@roberthills8247 yeup! I have a 2007, just a rebadged zx6r. I have an easier time looking for parts by searching for the older generation zx6r.
@@roberthills8247 in Europe that bike is zx6r. We have never had zzr600 with double lamps in cone
Either way it's a great motorcycle! Thanks for watching!
