    The ten minutes is the easy part. The other 23 hours and 50 minutes of not eating like a damn fool is the difficult part. True for any program.

      I can survive on caned chicken. Have done, but I don't know if I can do 10 minutes with my 20kg lol

    I really want to incorporate this but the kettlebell slams the back of my wrist when I do the snatch. It can be pretty painful. Any tips on how to minimize impact?
