Glad you just say "I'm too lazy to walk, so I'll just take Chillie." I would too! Great corner of the hot spring, and, yeah, you did seem super relaxed after that. Sweet dreams!
Very cool gesture riding next to the gentleman on the bicycle. I rode to Anchorage in August and was very impressed with the bikers. And yes, there were a lot of bison. Ride safely, Clint
My wife and I once did a hot springs getaway weekend where we hit a total of seven, one of which we didn't even know about. Leaving Calgary we went to Banff, which had two, the Cave and Basin and Sulphur Mountain. Then it was on the the rest in BC, starting with Radium and Fairmont, Ainsworth (THE BEST ONE OF THE TRIP!), Halcyon near the town of Nakusp. Finally what a surprise to see Albert Canyon near Revelstoke.
That was fun! I'm from the prairies of Canada and I've biked to many BC hot springs, but that was a wonderful natural spring. Thanks for taking us with you.
Went to the hot springs twice last summer. Once on the way north to Tuk, then again on the way back south. Love the hot water. Really enjoying your videos, Kinga! We travelled to many of the same places you went in 2023. We were about 2 months behind you.
Hi, Kinga. It was another awesome video. How cool was Sign Post Firest? That was a lot of signs. Very impressive. Love the hot springs. You looked very relaxed after that. Safe and happy travels. See you in the next one. ❤
The Woodland Bison are supposed to larger than their Cousins in Yellowstone. They seem to always be next to the highway, probably because that's the best grazing land around.
Great video, hair is outstanding, i have been Canadian my whole life and didn't realize how much there was to offer in Canada. Be safe see you next time, can't wait.
Kinga, I and my brother stopped there and camped on our trip to Alaska in 2012.spent at least 2 hrs there. Was great after a long day of riding.( motorcycles of course)
You travel around the world on a bike and have room for a pretty bathing suit??? I am impressed. Learned my lesson outside Moab when the hotel had a hot tub but I didn't have shorts. Since then I've packed a bathing suit. Thanks, Kinga!
I was at Watson Lake July 2023. A local man told me that they estimate that there are 90 thousand signs. I thought that sounded crazy until I walked around for about an hour. Incredible!
In Aug 1997 a small black bear killed a 37 yo mother and a 56 yo trucker tried to help was also killed. Two other people were mauled- but lived. A tourist with a gun killed the bear or there might have been other fatalities. The bear wasn’t much bigger than a large lab dog. This happened at the hot springs you enjoyed.
Its not that usual for vears to actively hint humans the way a cougsr might do. They are more often fighting over food or the human seemed threatening. Bears prefer food that doesnt argue too much. Carrion, gush, bugs and plants. Just because they are capable of apex predator status doesnt mean they arent too lazy for it. Follow proper bear protocol in bear country and incidents eill be rare. (Protocol does include bear spray)
This is the same place ( Ed March)From C90 Adventures, displayed his Frozen swim trunks)

I have so much respect for overland cyclists, they are really doing it the hard way💪
Have been there on my motorcycle trip to Alaska. Also loved Radium Hot Springs. Great relaxing days.

Oh that's a shame! Hope you had an epic ride. This part of the world is the best.
I was there at Watson Lake in 1994 and it looks like the sign post forest has doubled in size since then. Thank you for the great video Kinga!
Thanks for watching 🙌
Cool idea with the signposts. Bisons! Hot springs! And no bears! Happy days, Günter/Nürnberg

As a cyclist and motorcyclist, I give Kudos to you for helping that cyclist get past those bison!👍
I was not so lucky, got charged by elk, knocked over by bison, treed by grizzly, first and only time in area.
Wow, thats a string of bad luck right there!@@Oldguy-k3t
HOT Springs look like a lot of fun!🔥🔥🔥

Tabliczki z Polski też widać 12 i 6 Drezdenko i gm Barlinek :)
Kinga, if I went up the little creek to see the water falls, I would of tried to sneak a big kiss !!
The bison are Polish, on an exchange program with a dozen or two from the Yukon. Someone said.
Nice experience!

Am guessing that is why the fence! Camping anywhere off-grid in North America would do my head in. Bad enough with the crocs & snakes here in Aus!

@@kathleenhart707 You got to be kidding. Every thing in aussieland can kill you. It's only bad near Yellowstone region.
When I visited Watson Lake in 2010 someone told me there were 65000 signs
I think it's time to switch to 4k broadcasting, Kinga
