Camellia (the artist that made this song) wanted to pay homage to this meme by making and including a song called WYSI in his new album, which is the song being played in this video. He is known for making fast-paced music in the speedcore genre that is mapped a lot in rhythm games. He made this song to a BPM of 727 to go along with the theme of which he was making the song, but I am assuming that he made some elements of the song to 181 BPM for a better listening experience.
