It is so called overseas sector and we paid 1300$ more as compared to dyi ( dyi overseas paid 12 installments) they were asked to hold their 12th installment and now they are paying their 12 th installment and that on controlled rate at 94.5 where as dyo members were forced to pay 14 installments instead of initially given scedule of 13 installments. So the difference was 1300$ for same plot but now this has increased as we dyo members paid 1300 more dollers in 2011 and were actuall conversion rate. There is no parity. As far as local sectors are concerned dyo members have given almost 4 lacks more, and look what we are getting biggest sector without amenities of honorable and healthy living
Sir I am retired overseas & my plot is located in bogen vella too which will be the prime sector of dha phase 7 (valley) in coming days insha'allah because of it's location. Muree tourism highway & Rawalpindi kharian motorway end point + RRR + T-Chock interchanges will connect to kaller syedan road where dha is building the new gate house for bogen vella sector. Past is past so forget the inconvenience which we all gone through. let's move forward and plan to build our dream houses to enjoy the life.
