Meaning she still owes on the car but doesn’t want to pay for it. Not to smart on her account. Never ever buy a used europium car, there is a reason it is being sold , they are like owning a boat !
Pleasure boats , like ski boats, larger sailing boats, even personal watercraft, all costs money to maintain ( no one wants to be stuck in the middle of a body of water) and most who own them don’t have mechanical ability to repair them , so costs are high to maintain them ! The same can be said about owning a horse !

In my state there isn’t a warranty on most used cars. Recently bought one and needed a transmission immediately & I really just wanted to swap it for another vehicle. The dealer was willing to do the repair or swap it since we just got it. We went with the repair. Since then I had to buy tires, a motor mount, and alternator. It’s the risk of a used vehicle.

Many people get too hung up on "oohh its shiny and pretty..." as JM would say. A lot of the decision of what car to purchase lands on "can I afford to pay the insurance and maintenance on this car..." There are nice used cars and foreign cars that sell for cheap bc no one wants to pay the maintenance. German car especially. I remember driving cars I would never choose bc I couldnt afford anything else. They were not fun to drive but they were very reliable and cheap to fix. I am 40 and bc of my wife, I bought my first brand new car and got to choose the color and options for the first time. Covid forced our hand on buying new. Just saying, its like buying a house, when u buy house, dont forget about property taxes and all the upkeep lands on ur wallet too. Particularly when you are buying a used car with high mileage, think of the maintenance cost bc most likely, that will be in ur not so distant future.
True. I’ve never owned a car because I’m lucky enough to live in a big city. A lot of people look at me like it’s a bad thing but I often cite insurance and maintenance. And when it comes to Volkswagens? I’ll pass. I used to really want one (back before I realized that I didn’t want a car) and everyone I know who has one, hates theirs. The maintenance is extremely expensive. She should have done her research and had her own mechanic with her before making her purchase. Would have saved her a lot of time and money.
@shelfraawoods1785 I had a almost brand new volkwagon that we bought from a dealership. It was slight used. The price was amazing. Jetta Gli with turbo engine. I loved it. Best and most fun car I drove. Didn't need any huge maintenance bc it was practically new. I used it for 50k and sold it during the pandemic. Got the same money I paid for it bc of the crazy used car shortage. German cars are nice if u can afford the higher trims and maintenance.
Bag wig hanging down in her eye. Bad eyelashes. Glitter eyeliner. Not how you come to court. How could that stupid defendant not come to court with the proper paperwork? Where did he think he was coming? Both of these people are irritating. If, indeed, this guy is a businessman, not keeping proper records will keep him in trouble, ESPECIALLY when you receive a summons to court. Her expectations are unrealistic. I don't even know what to think about him. When you buy a junk car, junk is what you get.
Dont matter if he lied!! No one should EVER buy a car from a "buy here pay here" deal. All them side street dealers make sure BEFORE they get a junker on there lot that there is NO CAR FAX report. They take all the cars that have been in accidents but not reported and just dress them up to make them last 6 months then after that your on your own so good luck
The plaintiff must think she was buying a brand new car. She was lucky he fixed anything on the car once she signed the paperwork. Oh and what was wrong with her head she had like a twitch thing going on in the hallway. Is she on drugs or something? She was just acting weird. Maybe that is how she acts when she is defeated. IDK. Maybe her wig is too heavy.

I own a used car lot and I don't buy certain makes of cars and Volkswagens are one of them. New they are pretty good but as used cars they are a mess. Given what they both said there were possibly exhaust or intake (vacuum leak) problems at first. A cam position sensor would not have been related to any of those other issues. And if the timing belt did skip a tooth as the plaintiff stated once then that is also not a related problem. Too bad she had issues but it sounds, to me anyway, that the defendant did what he was required to do.

Wait a minute, plaintiff states at the end that she didn’t get a chance too talk ,yet she did most of the talking then says I guess I will have a repo on me? Meaning she still owes on the car but doesn’t want to pay for it. Not to smart on her account. Never ever buy a used europium car, there is a reason it is being sold , they are like owning a boat !
Lol what u mean they like a boat ? 🚢 not all boats that are sold are wrecks .
It's not hurting the dealership because they were paid in full.🤦🏽♀️
How do these two function?
Don't blame the dealer! It's a used Volkswagen, of course it blew up, they are only good for 40k miles! 😂🤣😆👏👏👏
What is wrong with these people? It's probably a 10+ year old clapped out Benz with 200k miles on it that's worth a couple grand. She's expecting it to run like a Toyota and this guy foot the bill for every repair.
And he's barely a business. On the edge of failure. Good luck to them both, but open your eyes to the rest of the world, folks.
A few years ago I bought a car from a mechanic's shop and I negotiated a 30 day warranty and had them check out all of the recalls that were listed online for the car. It was actually a really good car, the transmission had gone out and the previous owner didn't want to spend the money to fix it so he sold it to the shop who fixed it up and resold it. The previous owner kept it in really good shape. Test driving it we discovered a problem with some sensor thing, but they determined that it was just stuck or something and said to bring it back if it reoccurred. It never did. And then there was a problem with the vent system. They honored the warranty and fixed that issue for me for free. I had that car for years and it was only towards the end of its life that real issues cropped up such as my ignition switch going bad (I got THAT fixed right before the Pandemic Lockdowns went into effect!!!) and I went to them every time to fix it. They always gave me a good deal and, a few times, one of the mechanics did the job for free if it wasn't something terribly major because he was just that nice. Last year I lost that car, not because of a breakdown, but because someone rear-ended me on the highway and damaged it beyond repair.
It was a used Volkswagen which is just as unreliable lol.
She's out of a car, money, and she's going to have a repo on her credit. Now, she's really going from bad to worst. She's going to have a really difficult time buying a decent car now!
"The judge didn't give me a chance to talk" u always here that. Sometimes it's true I can agree. But other times it's just bullshit. They just wanna be able to tell a long winded story when that's not how it goes
I've heard catalytic converters referred to as Catholic converters 😂
😅😂😅
People have to inspect used vehicles or have them inspected. Some people will buy a 15 yr old car and expect it to never break down.
Plaintiff said her car stopped at the STOP sign lol
Where is the the plantiff and defendant from with how they say "Caar?"
she dont deserv anything, she is the one who sues 😅😁😄😆😂 and paoer work, lazy two ones
The plaintiff gave me entitled vibes. That's why her car is not working now she should have just paid the $50. I can't believe she sued him after all the free work he did for her smh. People like her make it hard for other people in this world. I'm glad she lost
You didn’t get to talk??? Girl… you talked the WHOLE TIME. Just incredible entitlement she has
She cut off her nose to spite her face. 🤦🏾♀️ I thought she was going to win in the beginning
I just can’t unsee them awful pants😳
Do it every person in the world dies when your car breaks you fix it it’s your responsibility it’s your car you buy a brand new car and you get so many years of warranty you buy a used car and you get so much time for a warranty after that it’s your problem
She would have wheels if she just paid that 50 dollars. I know she's regretting that decision now
Such a wast of time when parties don’t bring the paperwork.
This show pays all their fees, its not shocking that some ppl show up without paper work (definidents) cause if they lose it doesn't really matter to them 😭 Plaintiff i cant undestand, they want their money lol
People go and buy these old junkers with high mileage and expect them to drive like a dream!
He was a scammer
Why is the judge making the defendant get paperwork? The plaintiff has the burden of proof!
This is why I will never buy a car from those used lots smh I feel for her
Already in recess 😂
He knew this was a simple case..
The defendant sounds like Blankman 😂😂😂😂 iykyk
Bag wig hanging down in her eye. Bad eyelashes. Glitter eyeliner. Not how you come to court. How could that stupid defendant not come to court with the proper paperwork? Where did he think he was coming? Both of these people are irritating. If, indeed, this guy is a businessman, not keeping proper records will keep him in trouble, ESPECIALLY when you receive a summons to court. Her expectations are unrealistic. I don't even know what to think about him. When you buy a junk car, junk is what you get.
She has a beauty budget, not car repair budget.
He knew what he was doing he took her big time
Lord forgive me but
The defendent looks like he use to be a greyhound in a past life lol
Dont matter if he lied!! No one should EVER buy a car from a "buy here pay here" deal. All them side street dealers make sure BEFORE they get a junker on there lot that there is NO CAR FAX report. They take all the cars that have been in accidents but not reported and just dress them up to make them last 6 months then after that your on your own so good luck
A snake in the grass salesman 😂
The plaintiff must think she was buying a brand new car. She was lucky he fixed anything on the car once she signed the paperwork. Oh and what was wrong with her head she had like a twitch thing going on in the hallway. Is she on drugs or something? She was just acting weird. Maybe that is how she acts when she is defeated. IDK. Maybe her wig is too heavy.
He knew he sold her a lemon
Volkswagens are junk - And a used car can't be a lemon it's just a "used" car.
Both of em already unprofessional
The car was a clunker from the beginning stall time keep the money and The denfendent knew it . Shady AF.. I hope the plaintiff learn something from this. # just cause a car has a warranty doesn't mean it covers bull sh.t ok you take chances in life just learn from it.
hoopty headache
👀 for the wisdom of AKP. 🤣
Plaintiff has victim mentality
I own a used car lot and I don't buy certain makes of cars and Volkswagens are one of them. New they are pretty good but as used cars they are a mess. Given what they both said there were possibly exhaust or intake (vacuum leak) problems at first. A cam position sensor would not have been related to any of those other issues. And if the timing belt did skip a tooth as the plaintiff stated once then that is also not a related problem. Too bad she had issues but it sounds, to me anyway, that the defendant did what he was required to do.
