I wonder what's keeping them from doing that because I never got to see him perform live my favorite song is stop crying your heart out I never got to hear that song being performed live in person yet I would love for them to get together and come to Oklahoma for 1 gig at least it would be nice but yeah I wonder what's keeping them from getting together
@@RevthePharaohthere is great animosity between the brothers. Liam never grew up, Noel eventually tired of being “Chief”, which is what everyone called him from aged about 15, because he had to grow up fast. His dad was violent and would hit Noel, and worse, his mum. One time, Noel quietly told his ma, “you gotta leave him, if you don’t, one day I’m going to kill him. He is not doing that to you again”. What's weird is Gem was in the band when Oasis brought out 'little by little'.... and he played Wonderwall live with them, and dont look back in anger. And now he's playing with Noel years later with a new band.... Both times Noel is the absolute chief...
I love the way they play Half the World Away up 2 steps (1 tone) and he nails the vocals as if they are easy. Give it a go, way way harder than the original Key

DuCroockMusic, first of all, I was talking to to the guy who posted the video. Secondly, the only boring and shitty thing here is your personal observation made on another person's post.
Everyone is saying Noel is not a good front man i think he is just as good as all the other front men out there and he's a great song writer as well 👍😎
Everyone saying he sounds bored and/or just bad, yeah he does on this occasion. But he's definitely not a bad frontman. Was pretty good, pretty upbeat when I saw him on his tour this year... Granted, he had literally just watched Man City lift the PL trophy earlier that day
I only knew the radio his of Oasis. In 2006 I met my husband and I know the whole catalog!!!! I love Noel!! I love love performances. If you want perfection, listen to the CD/album. He is a stand up guy!
I believe Noel is comfortable doing whatever the hell he likes. He owes nothing to anyone. He definitely doesn’t need the money. I’m sure he’d rather have a few timeless songs with moving lyrics drop out of the sky on him, than make another million quid. He’s not flashy in his spending & lifestyle. I doubt he’ll remarry after this breakup. I’m so sorry this happened. He’s an old softie with a hard nut exterior. His recent song, Dead to the World, is bloody awesome. It might be Noel’s best composition? I know many will nominate an Oasis song (ANY song!) than any NGHFB track. I get that, but that large body of work isn’t going away. Oasis reunion could never be more than a few concerts. He’s beyond exclusively writing rock music. I expect he’d be frustrated, touring with his irritating brother, who never had to grow up & consequently didn’t. Liams voice is still good but it’s not up to the pitch and volume so redolent of the lads at the peak of their powers. I’d obviously watch or attend if they reunited, but I don’t think they should.
For some reason Holy Mountain never featured in NZ. Thanks to London-based family I have been introduced and love this perfect pop/rock song. It’s joyous
All the people complaining about this being boring, Noel not being a good frontman, etc. I agree he isn't anywhere close to Liam during Oasis' prime. Liam was a legend (I don't know about his current stuff). Keep in mind that Noel is in his fifties now, and was never the sort of high energy performer Liam was. Also, if you look at the crowd, they are obviously mostly Oasis fans that like his solo work as well. In other words, they are older as well. You're not going to see the sort of jumping around that went on at Oasis gigs in the late 90s.
I really don't understand this sudden hatred and bitterness towards Noel from this so called Oasis fans it's wasn't like this before, it only started last year when Liam into the music scene, they were all worshipping him and slating Liam for years now it's the other way round. Poor guy can't seem to do anything right nowadays without someone attacking him, for this whole reason I don't want an Oasis reunion. At least a bit if respect to the man who wrote some of the greatest music you'll love and adore so much.
Good point. It’s very listenable, even without the video. I’ve been doing some decorating and it’s like a live album. It is well mixed, like you say. Mightn’t have noticed, so thanks for pointing it up. Noel’s a vintage stage man now, after not being sure he could do it, or even if he wanted to, after Oasis. It’s a shame his personal life is unexpectedly a mess, I thought he was properly settled. Not easy rocking up to 60, being single again. No doubt he gets offers, on the road, but really? Most of us are chasing tail at 60. It’s demeaning apart from anything else. He’s probably very wealthy, despite the divorces, though not in the WEF league. Good luck to him and his brother. Solid people.
Yeah back in the early 90's he was fantastic, but nowadays his voice is unfortunately weak as hell in comparison, seriously the poor bloke can't even hold a 5 second long note... not his fault, he did have that condition with his throat and all but still...
People complaining about Noel as a front man, the guy's playing multiple guitars and actually singing.....if only he had a tambourine and walked around shouting eh.....
Totally true. It´s easy going around stage playing a tambourine and a maracas and leaving stages because "I have a problem with my throat" come man!!! from 90s the same again???!!!. People complaining try and take a fkn guitar and a bunch of pedals and try to stand in front of a crowd and play and sing exactly the same as the album, then see if it's so easy to complain. Noel gigs are pure quality. Liam's mmmmmm.
Holy mountain sounds fucking great, Is like if David Bowie has a feature with eléctric light orchestra !! Go on noel and bring back the powerfull rock AND roll
People ask why they don’t reform the group? There is great animosity between the brothers. Ma broke up the family. Noel has always had to step up, working 24/7, writing, playing, lead spokesmen, businessman, album theme designer, everything, while shiftless rockstar Liam did his layabout act. But boy, Liams voice! His swagger! He made Oasis BE something before they were something, and Noel’s songwriting drove them onwards. A brilliant pair of flames, the Gallagher boys, plenty of respect for them both from me. Noel’s songs are top notch of their type, but I think they’d have been a mid pack plain rock band without Liams voice. Christ, in the mid 90s, untrained Liam blew everyone away. Then he started walking off stage. Or being an utter pain, not singing the lyrics properly. Fucking off the audience with disrespect. You know what, they loved it. Noel I think tired of the same style of song and his quality admittedly dipped after three albums, some say two. I really like all of the first two albums and most of the next three, but it’s true, they were mostly playing old numbers by then. But you cannot take anything from Noel. He’s written a dozen of the biggest anthems my country has ever injected into its soul. They’ll be played for decades more. Not bad for a lad from the arse end of a working class city with no hope when they grew up (early 1980s). The Tories had put wrecking balls through every one of the mass employment trades, ship building, coal mining, steel making and containerisation destroyed the dockers and railwaymen. If you weren’t a professional or a footballer, you were all but fucked. Clever lads learned a trade like plumbing, gas fitters, woodsman, etc or they faced a very tough future. Noel didn’t fancy that. Eventually, Liam swung at Noel backstage one too many & Noel walked. That was the end of Oasis, in Paris, three gigs from the end of a massive tour. Mind you, I really like Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds. Got me through some tough times. I don’t know Liams solo work so well, but I hear he holds a stadium sized crowd in the palm of his hand, like no one else. Good on you, you daft sod. Never grow up or old, you hear? Greatest man that set foot on this Earth
Gem seems to be changed to Paul Weller from Paul McCartney.
Aka what a Life. "Take that tiger outside for a ride". Know it so well. 🙏✌️🤘🇦🇺
Con ustedes El Mas Grande Noel Thomas Gallagher...!!!
He sounds tired but it's ok I saw him in LA. He did a great performance. Noel, keep writing more songs for your 4th album!
I am a forever fan of this man
Wow Amazing show!
this version of wonderwall is really good man

Like to see Keith Richard's and Noel do a gig together ... 😎
0:39 redhair is like: "Shite!! Wrong gig..." :D :D :D *laugh soo hard*
Hahahaja
46:22 sign that says Liam can’t sing 😂🥴. My friend you have never listened to Liam in his prime. Untouchable.
Yeah back in the early 90's he was fantastic, but nowadays his voice is unfortunately weak as hell in comparison, seriously the poor bloke can't even hold a 5 second long note... not his fault, he did have that condition with his throat and all but still...
John Wilkes Booth not really it was 10 years ago but every performance since his comeback in 2017 his voice has just been getting better and better
@Oasis Exclusives you're off your meds. Roskilde 1995.
People complaining about Noel as a front man, the guy's playing multiple guitars and actually singing.....if only he had a tambourine and walked around shouting eh.....
LMAO.. that was funny 🍻
What a retarded ignorant statement.
Liam's mmmmmm.
he is a good frontman like liam
He wouldnt have to be a front man if Liam didnt lose his mind and break up the best band in the last 50 years,.
In the Heat of the Moment live HOLY SHIT
noel's a legend
Holy mountain sounds fucking great, Is like if David Bowie has a feature with eléctric light orchestra !! Go on noel and bring back the powerfull rock AND roll
awesome drumming!
heaviest version there is of heat of the moment :)
This is amazing❤
People ask why they don’t reform the group?
There is great animosity between the brothers.
He wrecked his voice with smoking, drinking, drugs and overuse.
Not only that, he was like a teenager with a Suzuki Gixxer Thou, no care for his body, he would sing at 10/10th, all the time, and after a few years, he was done. Like a croaking frog.
Thank you Noel, and thanks to you both for all the glory years, best of my life. See you on the other side.
Amazing dynamic songs.
