Great White Shark: Back to the Wild

The Aquarium's sixth great white shark was successfully released to the wild on October 25 after 55 days on exhibit. The shark carries an acoustic tag, which has a five-year battery life, so we'll know where the shark is each time he swims past a monitoring buoy in our growing coastal network.
