@@daillyarran The slipstream physics in this game was introduced with NASCAR events yeah, and that system hasn't changed for the specific events where slipstream happens at all. I believe there are only slipstream mechanics in the 'Motorsport' section of the game, not in the 'Road collection' (which is far bigger btw)

They are not copying Codemasters, they have the same Manager and same Agent characters since start of the whole game, not everything started and finished with Codemasters in this world.

I've played RR3 before and I suggest turning off the traction control. It only affects heavy steering and not actual traction control

My best lap so far in the Suzuka time trial for F1 cars that's going on right now in RR3 is nine and a half seconds faster than the current Suzuka lap record in real life, so those upgrades really do make a big difference.

So there is Codemasters doing an exclusive F1 Mobile game and now there's EA who implemented F1 cars in their already existing game and did a much better job with that than what Codemasters did to their game.
Should be reason enough to stop that exclusive F1 license for Codemasters bs immediately.

For some reason I didn't need to do the academy test and I had the car already, possibly because I have an FE car?
If you got the game before the update, you got the driving school academy, they replaced that with the f1 academy

“Free”. Game makes you sit and wait 15 minutes or fork over real money.
The game is a bit grindy but overall I have never had to buy microtransactions
EliasDanger well initially when the update came the upgrades were instant but after it wore out it was 3 hours left
Get enough cars and events open and you will always have something to do
I timed my gameplay such that events using cars w the longest servicing durations (~5h) are done just before bedtime; so servicing can be done overnight

I played it today and the brakes are like so bad in the game it's so funny because u can take out anyone
Gold (the helmet) is not easy to get. You are just starting out so that's basically the first stage of any game. They also didn't copy Codemasters. Not sure when F1 mobile from Codemasters came out but RR3 had all those options you said they copied before F1 mobile came out. I'm a daily player. Loving this update for now! Great vid as well, was wondering what the F1 academy looked like as older players didn't get that at all.

I just started playing this game 2 days ago. Not because of the updatey, but me getting a new phone and now being able to play all games I like and couldnt play before because of poor phone performance.

Don't worry, it will be taken off Real Racing 3 within a year. It happened with NASCAR, they had a large 2019 update with the updated cars and drivers, and then at the end of the summer they completely got rid of majority of the NASCAR content. They'll do the same with F1.

do you know how to get the nascar race cars, i just got the game
5 stages for an f1 car for free is a good deal. Imagine a Le Mans prototype costs about 950 gold, here you have to only upgrade for MS race and win. Its a damn good deal.
