@@IEatYourSandwiches Have you actually played the game? The problem here is there's a long ass cut-scene and a hard reset on the game EVERY TIME you fail this. Each attempt at doing hitless is going to be 10 minutes long with a LONG portion of it being nothing (which means your hands will go cold from lack of motion if you don't just fiddle randomly). As much as people like all the cool flashy stuff, the hardest part in being consistent with games so you can speedrun or challenge run them is getting bored on the slow, awful parts. This part is super long, has awful hit detection, and controls nothing like the rest of the game. There was NO NEED to make an achievement for not getting hit. Merely clearing it was fine.
@@DairunCates there's a way to avoid the cutscenes iirc, it's not nearly as bad as you say it is. Just reset once you get hit in it by pausing the game

its to indicate most random parts that come with no real paddern in mind, you will notice that if there is a paddern the warning indicator gets removed to allow more difficulty, and add the indicator in the paddernless ones so it is easier as nobody knows the paddern in that senario

The issue with going for this achievement is that you can't just restart the battle on the fly like you could a normal fight and force quitting forces you to watch the cutscene again.
I've only played the demo, so this might be different now, but i straight up thought the only way to get through the incinerator scene was to die so i would just throw myself immediately into the fire each time i played
And the first song is called "Seeing Red". I definitely don't think it's just a coincidence, they knew exactly how the players would feel attempting this :D

Red is just a doll that Orange Mage made as a physical body for Pink. So, essentially, pink is the character you play as in Everhood.

Full vid of all no-hit fights will probably be up in a few days/a week. I'm almost done with the game, but there's still a bunch of difficult fights left and I'm also going to play 2 other games in the meantime.
When I watched this and the bosses video on this game before I got it, I didn't really think much of these accomplishments, since it *looked* simple enough and was a matter of memorizing patterns and stuff. That's what I thought atleast. After actually playing the game and having completed it multiple times, I've realized what godly efforts these have most likely taken to make, and not only did you beat the bosses on expert without taking a hit, but you've also allowed their songs to play fully. Now you pulled this off, while I didn't even have enough patience to beat the incinerator normally. You'll forever remain a true pro in my eyes, and you're also the reason I even know about these awesome games. Never once regretted subscribing to you :)
@@Gellot Ah, I mean it should be the exact same thing every time, it may have changed in an update though and if so I apologise for being misinformed, but last I heard it was impossible for it to be randomised (someone had asked about this and was told with the way it was coded it'd be impossible to be random)

@@AccessDen Achievements can ruin a game if you force them, for example 100% achievements can make your playthrough just turn into arbitrary checklists, unless you are one of the people who go for plats or equivalents on other platforms and enjoy that, there isn't really much of an actual reward

@@AccessDen Achievements can ruin a game if you force them, for example 100% achievements can make your playthrough just turn into arbitrary checklists, unless you are one of the people who go for plats or equivalents on other platforms and enjoy that, there isn't really much of an actual reward

or have geometry dash pro player memory
If you no hit it you are by law allowed to beat the shit out of anyone who says "skill issue"
