Awesome video, congrats on that amazing musky. My late father and I loved to drift fish. Very affective style of fishing. We enjoyed it because you never could tell what you would catch. This video took me back. Thank you.
That net job was stressful. Don’t ever reach all the way out for a fish. You end up getting the head in the net and the hook catches the net and fish pops off. You have to leave room so you can extend and scoop the fish into the net.
Nice musky! The DNR told me there were 3 muskies identified in pool 13 last year. 2 were caught and 1 was found dead. This got me thinking -we know that the Mississippi north of the Twin Cities is a good musky fishery so have some of those fish moved down the river? The thinking is with the clearer water - the answer is probably yes. Pools 7-9 were specifically mentioned along with 10(Wisconsin river fish). They feel that if they get enough numbers of fish and spawn, they could establish a population. The biggest problem would be competition with the abundant pike population. Times change - I still Have a hard time believing my eyes when I see a guy catching 70 yellow perch out of the tailwaters!
Enjoyed and learned from the video as expected. Grats to both of you on the beautiful eyes, and of course Lanse on the pb musky! Thank you for creating and sharing this content. TIGHT LINES ALL

Fish of a life time! What an incredible day out there guys!
It will be hard to top a fish like that! Thank you Nate!
Great day for you guys!
Thank you!
Great job! Beautiful fish!
Thank you very much!
Lance, great job landing that trophy musky, especially on the walleye tackle. Your piscifun reel has terrific drag.
He definitely pushed the equipment to it limits.
Awesome muskie Lance
Thank you!

It's an effective way to cover water without having to troll.

Good advice! Also, have a net big enough for the fish 😂
The coolest thing that fishing has over hunting! It can be released to fight another day!
I eat most of the fish I catch. They are delicious. So are whitetail deer, turkey, pheasant, etc.
It's rewarding to experience trophy catches then see them swim away.
Man, that was fun to watch! Oh wait, I was THERE! 😅 Had a blast, until next time my dude!
It’s fun to watch after the fact. Thanks for getting me out on Green Bay!
Anytime!
Excellent capture and release!
Thank you!
Nice musky!

I would be ok with an established Musky population in the Mississippi River. They would find plenty to eat!
Damn! Now that’s a fish!! Congrats!
Thank you!
Just EPIC!!😊
😎
Very nice!
Thank you!
Great catch and release on that musky..
Thank you! What an experience!
@AnglerX yeah, especially on such lite tackle..
That Ski is going to be a hard fish to beat considering you never fished the bay before 🤣
Definitely makes me want to go back.

It was an exciting trip! Thank you Chuck!
I think you might've just created a new saying for fishing... "What's the matter Musky got your tongue?" 😂
I had to lay down in the boat after catching that fish 😂
@@AnglerX big fish shakes is a thing
Congrats on your PB Musky!
Awesome accidental fish!
Some great Walleye from Jesse also!
Fun video!
Thank you Jon! We had a blast.
I don’t know if you watch the Wisconsin fisherman RUclipsr Aaron Mik but I wanted to make sure you knew he died Tuesday, 36 years old. 😢😢🙏🙏
I just started following his RUclips channel recently and heard the very sad news. I didn't know him, but he seemed very likable.
Little bigger 'shoulders' on those GB walleyes..😉
And, no 'train bite'..😂
They are thick!
