I just picked up a bottle from Sterling Parfums called Tres Nuit, really nice fragrance, Top Notes: Lemon, Verbena , Iris Midtones: Lavender, Spicy accords, Violet Base tones: Ambergris, Sandalwood I feel kinda silly to admit this but I ended up going around very discreetly asking my target audience what their impressions of the two fragrances that I was on the fence about. Tom Ford was a really nice one, but, most of the people that I asked preferred the cheaper Tres Nuit. I'm just getting into collecting fragrances myself and must say that I end up on your channel quite often perplexed on what to buy. Thanks for the reviews and clarifying what has worked for you. Keep it up, and i'm looking forward to the winter line reviews...

Good list doc! I haven't sampled some of your top scents but great list nevertheless! AEB is great, and I agree that Adventus is Creed's best frag, although I love most of them. My favs I love for their praticality are: (in no particular order) Terre D'hermes, Roadster, AHS, Pure Havane, D&G pour homme, just to name a few. Love your vids of all sort! Keeps up the good work/scents!
Hey Doc! One of my fav. fragrances by far, is: Esencia by Loewe. A macho scent (in a positive way) because is very masculine. Well blended, liquid money (lavender, pine, lemon, vetiver & some woods),fresh, not strong, not offensive. I think this is what a gentleman should smell like. Would be nice to see a review from you (no reviews on RUclips...damn!)
Me too. I don't spray often my favorite scents - they are "My Precious-s-s..." (ala-Smigel of LOTR). I want them to stay with me for a long, long time. Here are my faves: Designer: Bleu de Chanel - It's just great. I get many compliments with this. Niche: Armani Prive Bois D'Encens - The best incense for me. Cools me in two ways: body temperature and that busy buzz in our head. This makes me contemplative coz it seems to cloak me in this aura or cloud of deep thoughts. Weird but love it!

Very nice list. I haven't smelled everything on there (around 8 or so, though), but I, too, bought Musc Ravageur based in large part on Hiro's inspiring video. I'm not sure it was worth the $250, or whatever I paid for it, but it is a nice and unique fragrance, just nowhere near my favorite; glad it's in my collection, though. I, too, love Chambre Noire, and am now yearning to try Bergamote 22. Glad I didn't place my order with TPC just yet - the list keeps growing. :-) Again, great video.

Mmmm... that's a good question. The alternatives I can think of are all within the same price range as L'Humaniste.... MAYBE Voyage Hermes, but even that is kinda pricey.
Cool! I have not tried Himalaya in quite a while. Personally, I've tried Aventus, Millesime Imperial, Green Irish Tweed, Tabarome, and Himalaya too long ago to give an opinion. I guess for me what it boils down to is this: on my skin mind you and in my opinion, Aventus is more unique, versatile in terms of occasions for wearing it, longer lasting, and a more all around appealing scent. That's not to say the others aren't good or great. But in terms of what I get, it's my favorite Creed.
Oh my most favorite fragrance, the one that blow my mind from the very first sniff test is : Oud Shamash from the The Different Company. I really hope that you gone check that out soon.

(as a note, I can't see myself wearing niche or high-end designer frags to a regular job or out grocery shopping plus I find there are awesome frags around $30-50)

I usually wear Ralph Lauren blue, red, black etc..Blue Water....and I think u should try Swiss Army Classic...even tho it's rare and not available on stores and the online ones are not authentic, I think if u have tried it, u would change ur mind about ur #1 pick. lol, let me know, my friend.
