It is a feature of Skatter. Allows you to have objects in your scene that only appear in the render in order to navigate through your file easily. Here is a video about it: ruclips.net/video/hun8Yh4nKg8/видео.html
Bump Map part @ 1:35 ... Play around in the settings of the Noise A map, by modifying the perlin parameters of the map. Let me know if it works out for you!

Hmm it seems like you might be having some noise issues. Does it appear even if you change the lighting or the scene?

This tutorials are way outdated. This processes don't work with the new versions of Vray. Anyone can point me to the newer versions? Thanks
