How is it his fault? Maybe you should do the research on who was in charge of the pyrotechnics that night. It was not Jack Russell or Great White. It was the club owner who was in charge of that. The band even mentioned that they didn't want to do any pyrotechnics due to the ceiling being so low.
I'm a native Rhode Islander, attended shows at the Station, and am very well aware of how it went down. Are you saying that the club owners insisted on the pyrotechnics despite the band's insistence to the contrary? Who do you think you're kidding? Those boneheads (read: murderers) in Great White made the decision, not the club owners. And Jack Russell took no blame, naturally. He apologized only after 100 people fried and the finger was pointed at him and the band. Let me tell you: Jack Russell and the band will always be hated by we Rhode Islanders - always.
