I feel like players should have to make Abigail dodge manually. Hope to see that in the next beta update. The dash attack is too much of a useful and fun tool to be relgated only to the lunar side. I think it'd be better if a non-gestalt form of the attack with no i-frames and less damage was available for Wendy players that want Abigail to reposition quickly or dodge attacks; At least, as long as the player is active in their strategizing and engagement. Also, I think Klei has crafted a difficult to implement vision of Gestalt-form Abigail. The fact that she dodges, has i-frames, and is otherwise completely autonomous of Wendy's assistance works against the design philosophy of Wendy's character as a whole. The design fails when the player is encouraged to allow Abigail to handle everything for the player with very little risk on the player's part. I don't think Abigail should naturally kite bosses, nor should she naturally dash attack. I think a great compromise is making those abilities something Wendy can command her sister to do, as doing so would boost player engagement and add skill to her character. Of course being in Gestalt-form would boost her abilities while doing such things, but she should emulate how normal Abigail acts when not being commanded. As a gestalt, I think a fascinating tool she could have would be to partially-possess a singular target that Wendy is attacking. This way, Abigail is adding a permenant vex advantage to Wendy's fight until she is recalled out, but is invulnerable and not adding any AoE to the situation. Situational, but the player has a safe solution for Abigail as they've been wanting, which is significantly less busted compared to the current form, and well-balanced.
Abigail just straight up calling the sea bosses pushovers, so much so that she wasn't feeling like dodging at all

In this video I used 2 green, 1 purple, 1 orange and 4 red, it is not a fixed setup, I always vary depending on the character

I agree with you, I'm not going to lie, I really have no idea what to think about the new Wendy, I'm just waiting to see what happens.

The initial version of gastalt abi wasn’t working properly. They’ve since fixed her Ai and attack speed (plus they bugged the duration of her hex)
