Praise due to the police there. So often we see them just following the security guards wishes but these explained the law and acted well.

After a day of auditing NN and I had drinks together at the bar in Union Station, it was totally groovy.

Maybe some but others dont want to be harrassed by strangers taking their picture. I personally dont prefer it because it could be used to represent you in a bad light. Also I would follow this kid with a live feed and ask him if hes doing this to make things better or to create a problem. I WOULD INSIST IT WAS FROM A PLACE OF HATE AND DISCONTENT AND TELL HIM IF HE DOES NOT LIKE THAT HE CAN FIST FIGHT FOR WHAT HE BELIEVES IN. IF HE TRIES HE WINS AND I leave him alone. Even if he loses the fight. But he doesnt believe in anything other than being a knucklehead.

That's some serious ignorance. Going to jail for recording in a public place? If it were private property, you might be trespassed at worst. I have come to expect security guards often times misunderstanding the right to record, and insisting that you don't have said right. But threatening jail time is ridiculous. I hope she learned something that day.
