Your original morse code video was what made me subscribe to your channel back in 2014. I always wanted to learn it, because I found it really cool, but always thought I would think I was unable to learn it. Recently, I decided to actually study it, and I was able to learn the alphabet. I've also been studying Brazilian sign language for the past two and a half years, and I finally got to a decent level in which I can actually converse using it.

I heard in the Boy Scouts, that they use to teach Morse Code, ASL and Braille among other skills.

That means people will have to learn it first. I don't see this as being very useful. If you're close enough to your kid to see him signal, well you're right there.
it's all about the brain processes, muscle memory, pattern matching skills etc.
