The IMFL segment of globus is largely in the sec d segment, this space has seen such a huge drop in margins since prices of ENA have sky rocketed and so have costs of Glass etc which has resulted in HUGE margin squeeze. Why are you confident of a growth in this segment? 2. There is premiumisation in the liquor line, but the movement is toward brown liquor that is scotch. Globus has no flagship brand here and it would take a ton of money to get to this position. Can a globus terai or any other brand compete with a black dog or chivas? 3. On the bulk manufacturing: the company makes ENA. How will increasing rice prices support margin gorwth? Specially since ethanol incentivisation is increasing by the year
@Dheeraj, you are right my friend, they have shifted to maize rather than relying on rice, also new products are coming out with new factories in UP, the stock price is up to 1316 from 800 and allocated 10% of my portfolio ~ 12 lacas at 800 in Globus Spritis, its good for long term, Motilal bought this stock a week ago.
Hi Sahil. Would request you to not promote Mstocks as it has a very pathetic services and lot of lags in their app. Have communicated the same a lot of times in past. But all the request and claims have gone in vain. Many a times the app stops responding, there is lot of lagging with app because of which one misses out on booking profits. It's the worst part when you are trading on the app in profits and due to lagging you have to finally book loss

In India, liquor is almost equal to milk but still, USL is far behind Amul. I believe you all heard of liquor gate in Delhi Govt. Rest is tale. Do not get fucked up by investing in liquor Industry.

IMFL segment will decrease as people don't have income since the lockdown has used up all the savings.

Market cap is not fixed but depends on the day's share price. The stock price of Globus Spirit on the day this video was released, was 1272 and when you commented, it was around 700-800. So the difference.

All factors you mentioned are playing out. But one can not deny the possibility of a high growth business in making if things change.
