Perfect for those windows that look right at your neighbor's house - or any ugly sight! It's the BEST privacy pane ever! I tried Plaid faux glass and it looked great, but SLOWLY sagged from sun's heat! Resin cures MUCH harder so it should hold up forever! Thanx for great video! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😘
New sub here from Spokane Valley Wa, I too am starting on the resin/UV resin journey 😀 I pray that this post finds you well and blessed, and a no bubbles in your resin type of day 🙏 😀
Wow that looks amazing! Great job and idea ! Thank you for sharing this piece and the process. It’s almost like post modern art. Both sides are very beautiful.
I can't begin to tell you how overwhelmed I am that I came across this magnificent video. This is THE BEST piece of art work I have seen in awhile and can't wait to give it a try (I'm sure it's not going to be as beautiful as yours) but thank you so much for sharing!!!
There is not words to say how nice this is. Small beaded lights going around the inside of the frame would give a real cool effect. I will have to try this my self thank you for all that you teach us beginners. Thank You Suzana
I have a ton of frames that I have had for awhile now that I purchased from a yard sale...now I so know what to do with them an can experiment with different colors
I love this! I would love to try the same thing. I don't know which side of the glass is my favorite. That would be my problem right there...I would have to do a double-sided frame so I could flip it if I wanted. Beautiful work. Thanks for showing it off!
The thing you have to realize is that if you're painting on glass, and you're working on the underside or back side, you have to build your colors Backwards... if you're doing, like she did, adding drops of different color paint right on top of each other. You actually need to start with the smallest dot and build larger dots of other colors on top so when you flip it over you've got your different colors in an order that ALL can be seen. I have a glass coffee table that I want to paint, and doing the underside made the most sense to save wear & tear on the paint, so clearly I've given THIS TOPIC a lot of thought. Purrsonally, I liked the back side better as there was a bit too much white for my taste. But I really liked the effect that dragging the feather through produced~ kind of a marblized effect & I am rather obsessed with That. FUN Project!
Your thumbnail caught my eye and then the name of the video. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed watching you create this piece! What a difference each side has! Nothing like each other at all even though we watched as you created it! I like both sides. I think the front catches my eyes more but hey "the beauty is in the eye of the beholder", right? Thank you for allowing us to watch as you create this piece!
I LOVE this tutorial!! I’ve hardly done any fused glass but I made a few pieces so far and I love warm glass! I’m going to be doing more in the next few months for sure. Your video was a huge inspiration!
Aww thank you so much. I'm sure few people will disagree as there are so many wonderful artists out there who are just amazing at putting colors together. I do appreciate your kind words though. So nice of you to say that ❣💞💖💗💜
Beautiful. The front side made me think of woodland wild flowers. I think the fairy lights will be nice addition. You could also place it in an existing window and take advantage of the sunlight.

Very good idea, I’ve been thinking about doing the same thing myself it’s interesting to see the result, I must say I did prefer the look of the back side, it was more flowing. Your idea of putting fairy lights behind I think would work better than the spot light. Thank you Suzana for posting this very helpful video, you’ve given me plenty of food for thought. 💖
Sandria Savory Thank you Sandria. I was looking at it thinking " what can I do with this?" and an idea popped into my head about the reverse painting and then as I was working on it, I thought of the light fitting ...hahaha. My brain works best while I'm creating 🤔 Thank you kindly for your wonderful feedback😙
Sandria Savory I actually loved it from the front... the white looked like white flowers popping in a sea of other colours! Can't wait to see it with the lights!
Suzana, I loved this video, so beautiful and creative........you inspired me to get my alcohol inks out and start working with them again. Many Thanks!
Deby at Acrylic Pouring sOh hey Deby. Me too, I haven't had a chance to shop around for proper lights but I will post a video when I get it all set up😉🌺💕
Gosh one of these would be nice hanging in a sunny window. I'll keep my eyes opened for an old picture glass and frame. I will try it some day. Thanks again.
I'm about to make resin book covers. I found the molds on ebay for a very reasonable price. I'm gathering plant specimens for my first attempt but book covers done like your tutorial would be great also.
I have a 26 by 12 space above my bathroom door, presently filled with a piece of plywood. This would be an excellent way to make the space lovely and let more light through.
@@JudiChristopher Resin doesn't adhere to plexi very well at all. I use plexiglass to make my own resin inserts or embedments, The plexi peels right once the resin is cured.
I quite like this. You've given me an idea for using this Vitrail self-adhesive lead strip and some of the ArtResin tints I recently received. The colors of your glass were super vibrant, and I've got lots of old picture frames. My kitchen window could use something bright.
I'm going to have to dig out my thesaurus so that I can have more words for fantastic and beautiful. Is there a list of products for this? Thank you from Cindy in Texas.
Very nice piece! Magnificent coloring and blends. I personally prefer the back side but the front looks great, also. It's lovely enough to have caused me to go price resin and dyes now! I have been discussing halfheartedly, an attempt in this form of art with my ex (we regularly exchange ideas and materials...) and her work with inks and recently, pour painting seems to fall right in line with this. I've been strictly an oil medium only enthusiast but have ventured into pastels and water colors so this seems to be a natural progression. Thank you very much for sharing this. I'm looking forward to seeing it with lighting. Perhaps some form of LED set-up? Anyway, excellent work and thanks again for sharing!!!
