i remember when i was very little and only had an xbox. i would always go on roblox and play random popular games and have a fun time. i never knew what i was doing, just goofing around. i would always stay at the menu and listen to this gem of my childhood. didnt have any robux, any cool avatar, just the free john one. like they say, its enough to make a grown man cry.

My account name was kinda funny and it was called Gofindyourpapi, I laugh when ever I remember that name, I cry when I remember the fun stuff. But now there's more bullying and oders. I remember getting this gem of a game on my Xbox when I was about 6 or 7. I had never known the impact that this small decision my dad made for me to download this simple free app would have. I still play Roblox at least daily to this day and am excited when I see a game that I remembered playing with ransoms or with friends. When I had first gotten Roblox on a PC I was excited, for being able to ply on a new platform, but disappointed for its lack of a memorable UI or music in the menu. Fast forward a few years and I had grown out of my simple Xbox. I wanted to play more. I occasionally hopped in for nostalgia trips, when I did though, I always went to Roblox to hear this masterpiece. I wanted to hear this track without the Xbox being used in the background and had looked up and down, left and right, north east south and west of RUclips and couldn’t find this uploaded anywhere. Now, a couple weeks ago I was playing online with a few of my friends. My little brother decided that he wanted to join us through the Xbox. He was unsuccessful in this. However for me instead of trying to help him troubleshoot the issue, this meant I was exposed to the music for longer, this simple 30 second clip made me decide to try and google the song one final time, and I found it. The search for this beautiful piece of art was there. And so, here I am.

this is true nostalgia, i was playing on my dads xbox for my first time and saw roblox, i asked him what it was and he said "i have no idea. it was free" so i tried it for myself, i loaded it up and the banger started playing, i went through the menu and played a random game, i don't remember what it was however, all i know is that i loved it. My dad smiled as i played knowing i was having fun. i played everyday until i got a laptop and played roblox on that instead. i realised how much more i could customize my avatar on my laptop and was so happy... skip to now, the song is gone from xbox, i went to play but it wasnt there. it's sad really many childhoods had this song, and one day it'll be lost to time. it was nice to have this song while it lasted... I never had an Xbox, due to being a Playstation fan, but the Xbox One version of ROBLOX had some charm to it, especially the main menu, they put the effort to create a whole scenery just for you to look at when you open the game, i dont really play on consoles anymore but if there was ROBLOX on Playstation i would play it just because of this menu.

I think it was around 2016-2017 when I first played Roblox on the xbox, but my brain has become a bit cluttered since then. Those days are gone, and a new age for me has begun. I still have fun playing Roblox though, and ever since 2016 I've been having fun ever sense. But as for the people who have played this version of Roblox, we all can assure ourselves that this is the "theme" for roblox in 2016-2017, and the 2017 anthem doesn't count either.

Ever since 2016, I was happy and excited to play on Xbox. I was already making friends in game and it was the best year of my life. Now it's quite hard making friends now.
It’s not the fact that Roblox changed, it’s the fact that we’re growing older, starting jobs, getting into new schools, and evolving overall. If someone ever asks you “Do you miss the old roblox?” You don’t miss the old roblox, you miss having fun. On top of that, you grow older, and it’s harder for you to play your ol’ games with joy on your face because you’ve matured, you’re not your joyous younger self who just was having fun. Considering the crisis of the pandemic after 2020 changed the lives of millions if not hundreds of millions of people. For example, when I was a young 7 year old boy playing with my older brother, we played a game called Epic Minigames which was insanely fun at the time! One update though, the map changed and we stopped playing shortly after. Now, many people my age now we’re having fun at this age, so now you may say “The younger you are the more joyous is not true” yes this is true. But I believe that it has to do with the years. Many people say years like 2018 and 2019 were one of the best, but after 2020 everything went downhill. On top of that a lot of us started roblox as eight year olds, and are currently maybe seventeen year olds turning 18 this year. But, this conversation isn’t really something to think about. Overall, chicken Pepsi.

Screw Microsoft, when I was younger back in 2015 I remember seeing Roblox console leaks and stuff to do with Wii U support in the files, but I'm guessing Microsoft saw this as an opportunity to pay Roblox Corporation to make it an exclusive to Xbox. As of 10/15/2023 the Xbox home screen and loading screen have been replaced there goses my childhood 😢 roblox has just ruend it's self buy trying to make the game better I vividly remember playing a obey where you would get chased by a hand one my dads Xbox One and that was done of the best times of my life no response ablitys nothing to worry about it was so simple back then I never thought the would would become some thing like this I just with things were like they were years ago. It just felt line yesterday when I made my first friend on roblox he was one of those card bord robots and he actually was a great person we played day after day until he just disappeard to this day his user name sits in my friend list not knowing if I will ever see him again. I shore we all don't like roblox now but we still have to look on the positive side of things even though we can never go back I just keep pushing forward in life I didn't want to make a big deal out of this but I think this is my why of venting about how I feel I hope anyone who reed this has a good day and always stay positive ❤

gives me memories of playing roblox on the xbox with my step-siblings (took turns) and making my first account in 2017 (i forget the pass to that), and eventually making my second account in 2018, which i still use to this day, so many good times :)
Something about this music just screams 2017 type beat. The simplistic yet memorable tempo and instruments are always nostalgic feeling.

It’s not the fact that Roblox changed, it’s the fact that we’re growing older, starting jobs, getting into new schools, and evolving overall. If someone ever asks you “Do you miss the old roblox?” You don’t miss the old roblox, you miss having fun. On top of that, you grow older, and it’s harder for you to play your ol’ games with joy on your face because you’ve matured, you’re not your joyous younger self who just was having fun. Considering the crisis of the pandemic after 2020 changed the lives of millions if not hundreds of millions of people. For example, when I was a young 7 year old boy playing with my older brother, we played a game called Epic Minigames which was insanely fun at the time! One update though, the map changed and we stopped playing shortly after. Now, many people my age now we’re having fun at this age, so now you may say “The younger you are the more joyous is not true” yes this is true. But I believe that it has to do with the years. Many people say years like 2018 and 2019 were one of the best, but after 2020 everything went downhill. On top of that a lot of us started roblox as eight year olds, and are currently maybe seventeen year olds turning 18 this year. But, this conversation isn’t really something to think about. Overall, chicken Pepsi.

i didn't have robux and i didn't have a cool avatar.

i remember playing weird and random games on roblox back then.

Screw Microsoft, when I was younger back in 2015 I remember seeing Roblox console leaks and stuff to do with Wii U support in the files, but I'm guessing Microsoft saw this as an opportunity to pay Roblox Corporation to make it an exclusive to Xbox.
I still think about the possibility of Roblox on Nintendo consoles... One day... Hopefully the contract was a timed thing, but if it was it'd be like 5 years and Roblox would be on other consoles now.
