Good pick up. You are correct that is the proper color coordinations for 460 BOY. For some reason older Trane units they did all of their units in blue black red. They have now changed to brown orange yellow.

Is it possible for it to trip a breaker?

I just ran behind a company on a call with a package unit that had a honeywell thermostats ( 4 bunched up in the back office) with a room sensor(red, white wires) connected to s1s2 that never worked right even after just having tsat, sensor and limit switch replaced. Board always showed high limit open no matter what. Check wires at the plug which have resistance and aren't ol must be the board, right? Take thermostat off the wall grab jumpers,.put em on r and w still won't fire definitely the board. Swap the board, check the transformer which, made sure none of my wires were touching got no beeps, jumped r w before connecting my tstat wires and boom.. we have heat. Connect everything head downstairs, explain get payment then notice no heat. New thermostat just installed, new board, so head up and what do you know.. same 3 flashes.

So I take the room sensor out of the equation, take it off the wall, check the wires, , check behind the tsat wires looked decent with s1, s2 kinda mashed together one side and a sep bundle kinda mashed to the right. Not perfect but I've seen worse, leave tsat off the wall and head up. Confused. Pull w, c, R caps off to check and I got 24 between r c and now I'm getting pissed. Jump r to g and the compressor short cycle error code flashes along with the limit open error. Keep In mind new board, plus new tsat, omit switch, sensor and I no wires touching when checking continuity with the wires taken apart. I'm curious before I finish the story what your thoughts are..
