All you people who say that this is fake or a joke, you clearly don't know what it's like to live with a stammer. I have been on the programme because I have a stammer myself and none of this is fake or a joke. You people take speaking for granted, these people can't even do that.

If only people that stutter would listen to their voice as they do when they sing it will be impossible to stutter. People who stutter can sing fluently. I was lucky i found the Hausdorfer therapy (In the Netherlands). Watching Gates his method, feels unnatural too me. You want to learn to speak natural. People who stutter (i was one of them) are always busy with words and want to speak those words. Words don`t exist in speech, only in writing. Wanting to speak words is unnatural and harmfull. In the 3 days hausdorfer therapy we started by prolonging the first sound of a sentence to force our brain to listen to the sound of our voice and the effect was immidiate. After 3 days we didn`t had to use a technique to speak to a large audience. We just had 3 days to learn to speak natural like everyone else that does not have this problem.

wtf you're telling me simon went from freezing at almost every letter to speaking perfectly just by breathing and speaking slowly? he couldve easily done that on his own. this show is a fake!

This man is a joke. I like what he's doing, but he acts like his stutter is totally gone, and that he's all perfect and good. He did an interview in June on Loose Women and couldn't get more than 3 words out in one breath.
