We Discovered an UNDERGROUND CARNIVAL at Changi Airport Terminal 3!

Happening at Basement 2 and 3 of Terminal 3, T3 Underground Carnival spans across 9,000 sqm, with 30 over carnival rides, game booths and photo-opportunities!

Families can expect old-school carnival games and amusement rides at The Great World located at the carpark at Basement 2. Families can also get to win prizes at the game stalls located within the Terminal's Basement 2 too! Finally, head down to Basement 3 where there will be more games - including a pirate ship, driving cars for kids and the popular Dino-Kart!

T3 Underground Carnival will run from 4 Nov 2022 to 2 Apr 2023. Games are priced from $5 (most are between $5 to $6) and the DIno-Kart is priced from $28.
Tokens can be purchased on-site or enjoy a discount when you purchase via the iChangi App! You can also redeem free carnival vouchers when spend a minimum of S$50 in a single receipt​​ at Public Areas of Changi Airport and on Changi Eats (S$80 at supermarkets or Jewel Changi Airport) PLUS additional 5 FREE carnival credits when you pay by Mastercard® or Changi Pay!
