Hello! Hope you get this message >w< is the high version that much better than the low no ankle support version you showed in the picture? I ordered the latter and now I'm worried I picked wrong, I think I could still get it changed though
maybe you haven’t twisted the nozzle on the back to the right position to pop them out? if they’re like mine, there should be an arrow indicating where it should be positioned (the arrow should be pointing upwards) then smack the nozzle as hard as you can. if that doesn’t work contact the store you got them from and get a refund :)
@@zoewalters2994 ok cause I have had these for like 2 months now and they were working fine up until like 2 weeks ago. It keeps on getting stuck and the arrows are pointed as they should be but when I try to pop them out they get stuck.

i got them, and I'm no skater. so i am struggling so bad trying to ride these. you make it look so easy! lol great video!
yes they are a struggle! like you need to balance kinda since the front wheel is so far back.
