Longest Mountain Coaster in Switzerland/Swiss Alps

- On May 10th my family and I (husband and son) flew to Switzerland to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, one of the things I wanted to do was to ride an Alpine coaster so one of my best swiss friends, he took us to Pradaschier, he is in the video with us as well :-)
so I don't know why I screamed so much, sorry about that but I hope you like this video and the amazing landscape/alps
I highly recommended to do this if you come to Switzerland.
This Toboggan Pradaschier is listed in the Guiness Book of Records as the longest track-guided railway in Europe. its more then 3 kilometers long! you will love it if you like adrenaline! Ride and feel the thrill!!!
The little guy is braver than I am... and he looks so very excited. Until about 7 minutes in... then he’s not looking so sure as he glances around with his big ol eyes.

Can you imagine on the ski-lift coming across an absolutely stunning scenery, you take out your phone to take a picture & you accidentally drop it all the way to the ground.

The mountains were amazing. That little boy was tense and excited all the way up. Just like my son. Great video and the woman filming... don’t worry about what others say. You sounded like you had a great time. 👍👍👍👏👏

That looked AWESOME !!!! What magnificent scenery to be witnessing while zooming on a roller coaster....I would LOVE to go there and experience that. Switzerland is on my bucket list ...I hope ..1 day ..I get to go there . Great video !! What a buzz that must have been !! Your screaming wasn't bad....lol....it added to the thrill of it all. Thanks for the great video. Sadly, due to a head injury I'm not allowed to do things like this anymore, but videos like yours allow me to escape for a few brief moments as if I could, helps I have a large enough monitor. Love your laugh too and you have a lovely family. Thanks again.

@@chunksaflyin I hope your doctor knows about HBO treatments, I just had a c-section (triplet babies) and I wanted to do HBO treatments after my c-section for a fast recovery and my OB and doctors at the hospital didn't know about HBO treatments so I googled for HBO treatments around my area and found one, and the doctor from this private clinic prescribed me the treatments so now so far I had 2 treatments but I'm going to do 5 more.

😂😂😂😂 on these ride you go by two so behind me is my swiss friend that is controlling the breaks, he only was breaking because in front of us I dont know if you see it but were 2 old ladies breaking all the time so thats why he was breaking (of course he was pissed because he didn't wanted to break at all) but thsnk you for your comment 😉

You couldn't really see the track the whole way down, but strangely thats ok! The best part is listening to her the whole time. Super hilarious! "I'm crying!" Too funny! Then when it flattened out in the middle for a few moments, her sigh of relief was perfect! "Oh my word! Ahhhhhhhh!!!!" 🤣

Great fun, but like you we found these rides can be spoilt by the people in front who keep slowing right down. Many years ago my friend ran into the back of two girls in front who had actually stopped just round a corner to take photographs of the valley! Despite warning signs letting people know that stopping is not allowed. He was okay but one of the girls had a very sore knee and complained very loudly when we finally got down to the end of the ride, until one of the staff who had seen what happened radioed through and she was told that it was her fault for stopping.
Yes, my friend that was in control of the coaster he had to stop because 2 elderly ladies stopped ahead of us.

Thank you for taking a walk in a really beautiful place, we realized that there was no way I would go to that place which cost a lot of money, but for your camera shots I was amazed to see the beauty of riding a coaster in the mountains

This was very beautiful thanks for sharing ]. Here in Canada/Ontario we do not have the mountains that you have. I skied there once when I was 12 now at 60 I long to go back but your video was real and heartwarming. The filming was great and true don't let others spoil your fun with unkindness. They should try to film something like this themselves before giving rude comments. I tried to film our flat land roller coasters and it is a real chore just to get anything good.

Incredible!! That was awesome! Would love to go there and try that. Alpine coasters are truly the best. Fantastic backdrop scenery. Just like Austria. Three kilometers long makes it worth the chairlift ride to the top.

Yes, it's a really nice place and awesome! In my opinion, I think the coaster here is better than Glacier 3000 and monte Tamaro. We played 4 times on that day.

first i tought this is the mountain coaster of todtnau cause it have the same numbers what you see after any 100metre. but now i think this is the one of Churwalden. and even the ski elevator is the same as by todtnau.
btw it is not allowed to stop on the track... and sometimes in the summer you have to wait like an hour until you can go.
First lesson you should learn: Never stand absolutely still on a coaster like this or you might get stuck and not be able to move forward again. But anyways you handled that other slow person very well, I know how annoying this can be
That was fun and your screaming was nothing to be concerned about, I would have screamed louder than you! I'm sure your son enjoyed it very much. I saw another Swiss Alps coaster, but it was a single rail, have you heard of it? Man, it was long and wild, I would like to ride both, but the one you were on would fit the whole family. Great memories. Thank you for sharing.

We are not strapped because this is a lift for a ski resort.

I dont think so. We were there in May and my friend mention in the video that was the first day of the year that they were opening.
They going to open for winter season December 14th
we are going there at the end of October,how long and far is the ride, and how much was it? it look so cool!
oh, you can do family ride too. i thought you can only ride as a single person.
The rollercoaster cart fit just 2 or you can choose a cart for 1 person as well.
