The cistern lid is fixed. How do I open the toilet cistern lid. Loire 2023. Looks the same in your video but you missed it out.

The flush button plastic on top should turn but it will be hard to loosen ...hope this helps

I hope the Hoburne Employee's go round and suck the anti-freeze out in spring I'm sure they wouldn't just flush it down the drain
