Good video I only care what others think when they start paying my bills, You are a professional who serves families on the worst day of there lives, the vault service and closing makes it all final, you and your firm put the family at ease and that comfort is worth 10 times your fees.. Have a blessed day brother

I think that it’s a beautiful memorial a gift to memorialize the part of them that they loved the most. I saw the quilt lid and I had to do a double take, I quilt so I did a screenshot to show my friends at the quilt shop. You are so respectful, very caring for the grieving families. I wish you could be cloned the world would be better off. I’ll continue to watch. God Bless

    GREAT GREAT! Speech man
I don't understand the negativity also on how family want to bury their love ones. If it's not hurting you, why all the negativity?
    Appreciate your work

It's all about the final goodbye. No matter what the family chooses, a vault burials or cremation, they need somewhere to visit, and for a short time, to remember they're love one. RESPECT in life and death. 🙏😊

I was a Vault man at the Bradbury Vault company (Blenheim, NJ) in the 1980's. Most of my time was spent working in the shop, but I did go out and installed a few vaults. I was always a helper, but we did have services like this. Our company refered to them as "way jobs" Not sure how it got that name though. Good video. Took me back a few years.

Personality Disorders can cause people to say harsh things. It's tuff sometimes to not get torqued about it. There is no cure and very little treatment can do. You're doing a stellar job and I watch your videos and appreciate you. My take away from this is, I can spare ten minutes or so to care about a stranger's final resting place because a stranger may care about mine.

What a wonderful final gift that you gave your grandfather. May he rest in peace.
As for peoples opinions regarding this, I agree with everything you said. There is no right or wrong method, it’s just what brings the family peace in their time of need.

Buying my mom’s vault and casket was one of the last things I ever could do for her. I chose a beautiful batesville wooden casket but the second from cheapest. I chose the cheapest vault. She’s going to decompose. I wasn’t trying to prevent that. But I did spend a lot on flowers because my mom LOVED flowers and I wanted to her to have a big wreath from her kids, an arrangement from her grandkids and a huge long spray on the casket. It was one of my last acts of love for my mom.

On the name tag thing. A cemetery out here, a few actually (western kansas) we have a laminated tag but its typically on the casket not the vault, they also sometimes put an engraved brass plate inside as well.

Thanks Austin, there will always be commenters that give their 2 cents and should just keep it to themselves. Some Vaults you work with have a very shinny finish with the wrap that needs to be removed. This Vault inside was not Shinny without any wrap so was just wondering why the difference on the inside surface?

I don't understand why folks get so judgmental. They don't know the last wishes of the deceased. They don't know the family. Why judge them based on a 10-minute RUclips video?

Here in Australia funerals burials are totally different we don’t have the vaults and our graves are dug either 6 foot or 8 feet deep the coffin is faced the same way feet to the rising sun. All funerals are done by the funeral directors when some one passaway they pick up the body . When a funeral is being done through a church then to the cemetery or service done at the grave side.
Here is a video showing a cemetery after a grave side funeral.
