If you get a good output signal from the FMU90, then, the problem is downstream of the output and within the wiring between the device and the SCADA system. If you measure it from the output of the device and there is no output, and if you simulate an output, and there is still no output, then, you have a problem with the electronics of the device, and it would be time to replace them.
