It took me few second to realize that it really was the Paolo Conte song because I couldn't believe you knew it... Great rendition of a great song from a superb composer! Thank you!
It's awesome watching you just play. Your tutorials are a treasure trove - seriously, they're pure gold, some of the best free resources out there. But, crafting a tutorial is time consuming, we know that. You can't always have that time, so, PLEASE share your raw, unfiltered sessions too. Whether you're jamming, practicing, or working on a new arrangement, every moment is a learning experience for us. Thank you for the channel!
Always dug that. Have you ever heard the jam sessions, they made that recording from? They’ve been on RUclips for awhile now, as the estate has been leaving more Hendrix stuff up recently. I think it’s part of the Woodstock sessions, either before the festival, or before the Band of Gypsys shows, and Buddy Miles’s short tenure as the drummer. There’s a lot of silly stuff, but Jimi goes deeper into the jam, that is pretty short on the War Heroes version, that has been on other releases. Love jamming Midnight, as a warmup, or the basic parts, with folks I’ve never played with before.

Offcourse now I hear it Max. The title should have rang a bell but it wasn't until your comment it came through, hearing the chords and recognising the song

Do you have that Strat tunes back a half step to get that Hendrix / SRV tone ? It doesn't sound like it to me
Its in eb , just like the original
