I have almost permanent blood ketones too so I can be starving hungry and my body uses up muscle not fat. I also have Olgilvies too, again digestion related and brutal when triggered. Over stuffing the digestive system causes tiredness as the body struggles to cope hence why so many have a nap after a huge meal like at Christmas. Humans are amazing. This guy, well he really was governed by the need for fuel. When my ketones are high I'm planning the next meal while im eating the current. It's a crazy drive. If they're reasonable I don't want to eat at all. Type 3c Diabetes doesn't help either. His starvation would have been horrific as what was he was driven too. Blimey, What a story guys 😮
