Forget black money but our own money is not safe in our own country. That is why big corporates, businessmen and actor actresses keep there money in foreign banks. Govt is also involved in all this scam along with RBI. Else, this big loot day light robbery cannot take place.

    1. If I'll make FD online, on maturity, amount will get directly transfered to my account without any formalities like cheque submission, etc
    2. At what interest I'll have to pay tax, if I fall under tax payer category
    3. If today, I'm not under tax payer category but on maturity I'll be, then do I need to pay tax?
    4. Do I need to submit Form 15G and Form 15H to the bank at the beginning of the financial year, so that banks will not deduct TDS following the form submission, Even if my interest income from fixed deposits is less than Rs.40,000 in a year or whatever it is.

I want to add one point here.
Investments in fixed income/debt instruments is also necessary from an asset allocation standpoint. Think of debt instruments as hedge to your equity investments. In an event of stock market crash, one needs a lot of cash. You can liquidate your debt funds and channel that money to equity. the vice-versa is also true in a bull run

It means mediator charged abt 1.6% commission. He did not tell me this bar. Problem is if I sell them then also he may charge at least 1.5% commission.

Yes, it is true but u can buy it online directly thru ur DP. For eg Zerodha, Geogit, Icici sec. The commission is very less.
U did not do ur homework before buying the bonds. U should see the coupon rate, yield to maturity and most important the capacity of the co to repay . A good co at this stage like Tata capital commands a very good premium.
