this (2000) is only Dexter's 2nd Mr O appearance as far as I can tell. Dex has 21 appearances and placed inside the top five 15 out of those 21 times - That's consistent excellence. 7 times Dex finished in the top 4 and 6 times he was inside the top 3.

IMO, the last few years when bodybuilders were huge but still very proportionate! Then Ronnie started pushing the boundaries and the suite followed!

Thanks! And unfortunately no, there isn’t a BFO 2008 or 2009. I took over the company in 2008 and couldn’t afford to film it until 2010. Plus Dexter was a complete DICK to me for no reason, so I vowed to never give him one second of footage after I took over.

Ruhl with the SEO in his biceps. He said if he would have taken seo he would have done his triceps as well... maybe he did?! The imbalance between the two muscle groups scream a long acting seo like the original synthol and not something like pump n pose.
I never get why bodybuilders insiston their food being bland, seasonings dont add calories (most of them) and you can always make stuff more palatabel and easier to eat in large quantities with right seasonings
I think it has to do with salt/water retention. I thought the same too.
