If bootloader is locked then we can't do anything bro the only solution is take your device to service center

sir mera phone mi11x miui logo pe stuck ho jata hai fir restart ho raha hai. Restart hone ke baad 10 sec on hota hai fir off ho jata hai. Factory Reset bhi kr ke dekh liya lekin sahi nahi hua.
