Best performance and recording of the Borodin I've heard ! It truley comes to life in such endearing way. I feel like im right there. You bring out the masterpiece in this.
A relatively unknown work by "The Chemist" is beautifully executed here. The cohesion between the instrumentalist is obvious that in turn produces a performance of sheer excellence. The pianist, who can often feel isolated in this format, is particularly outstanding.

@@icp Oh, that would be a dream. Watching wonderful videos like these during the pandemic has me itching to get back to concert attendance. B'ezrat haShem, that won't be too far in the future.
Not now. But I remember the first time I heard about this ensembleform... Like so many dissapointments of live (...) But: look under FIVE PIANOS there are some interesting pieces! On the other hand: Brahms is not that bad, and there is a version for two pianos too....
I've recently found Borodin's chamber music so beautiful and attracting. Such a fantasitic performance I want to let my friends know about them.
Thanks for listening!
Bravo!!!! Love the cello, beautiful sound, warm tone.🧡♥️♥️
