    Great clip. Having been through numerous interviews w large tech firms, laying out the correct context and answing with specificity is extremely critical in demonstrating the right level of seniority, which often leads to the correct level offer (or above) in return.
    One feedback I have for the interviewee is, in answering the questions, slow down and take the time to compose your thoughts before answering.

    Devil is in the details. Great insight for behavioral interviews. Thanks.
    Another takeaway was projecting the level/scope/magnitude during the answer, so the interviewer can appreciate the impact. Kevin talked about that at 6:00.

    Yeah, I was interviewing for either a level 5 or 6 MLEng at that exact time, and three days before my full loop interview I got the news that all hiring had been frozen. It stings knowing that being considered for 7 would have meant that I could have completed it.
