7 Rings you can NEVER please everyone. That's a major downside to being a music chameleon and an alpha female who takes risks with actual and heavy message. She is a fierce woman who has always spoken her mind and truth in interviews and in music, no matter the counter storm. I remember she got so much hate for supporting the LGBTQ community lyrically and visually back when it was very controversial and career suicidal as most of her fans were teens, supervised by very conservative parents....back when gays weren't even legalized to marry yet...back when society in general all around the world still despised people like me immensely. But she didn't care about all the ignorance in the world nor about the fact that she was the only one out of her peers in the early 2000s to support and make music FOR my community and other minorities. She cut through anyway....even if that meant loosing fans and commercial sales. And I will forever be thankful for that because thanks to her I got through my darkest time of life and I know for a fact that there are many people that feel the same way. She is literally a hero. The voice of a generation!
