Coach Dan, I’ve been watching pretty much all these clips and, let me say, it’s awesome!! I’m so grateful for your experience and wisdom and how you are so willing to share with us. So I simply want to say, thank you!!
I do them both. The goblet squat for me is for easy days, and I definitely do a little bit of that moving around mobility work with the goblet squat. As for the double KB front squat, I can really feel it in the abs.
I've done all sorts of squats will all kinds of implements, depth, weight and over all goals, and consistently when I do high repetition deep controlled goblet squats, I always think to myself, "*This* is what a squat should feel like". The weight in it isn't really too much of a factor as the perceived effort in holding a 70lb kb in that position "feels" as hard as having a heavier load in a more mechanically advantaged position. I know it's a year old but thanks for the vid!
To me squatting is just a huge gap with kettlebell training. I love kettlebell training and usually prefer it to almost anything but I still squat with a barbell. The comparison isn’t even close.

Glad you like them!
I find i can get lower in a goblet Squat and keep a much straighter back than I can with a KB front squat
Double kettlebell clean and front squats are great workouts for football

Same when it comes to the deadlift that is just a barbell movement.
Is it okay to do Double KB Front squats with different weights in each hand?
(Cross Body stabilisation and all)
Yes.
Dan, you can be pretty darn funny.
Goblet Squats are actually better with the dumbbell
I believe the inventor of the Goblet Squat did them with dumbbells first..
