Today I realised that I basically lived my life to this song. As a kid, my dad introduced me to some fabulous music, and Roger Taylor's "Fun In Space" was my absolute favourite and especially this song. Kinda creepy that hearing this song now, it's like this song could've been written from personal experience and the way I live my life. Thanks Roger and dad for guiding me the right way!!!!
I'm back here for another listen. I used to love Roger solo and bought all his solo albums on vinyl. I'll have to dig out his CD's if I can find them. Thanks Roger for the memories of the eighties. Wonderful days!
....umm, Freddie WAS alive and well back in 1981 when this was released, so actually the more fitting thing to say would be that Freddie WAS proud when Roger released this album.
