- In the early 1990s, drug gangs terrorized New York and surrounding areas. When an 11-year old boy is kidnapped in New York City, authorities believe a drug gang is responsible. NYPD detectives and FBI agents form a special task force called C-11, to infiltrate the drug gangs to catch the drug lords.
The FBI Files is an American television docudrama series. Each episode describes actual FBI cases which include murder, narcotics, bank robberies, and kidnapping as well as other crimes. These are portrayed through dramatic reenactments and interviews with agents and forensic scientists who worked on the investigations.

You do know Rich was a stone cold killer too right. One of his best friends was Daryl Barnes. Rich killed Barnes little brother over a minor issue, he had Preacher crew do it. He also tried to hide the fact he had it done. Stop acting like Rich was a saint. Why anyone would choose this lifestyle is mind-boggling. Even when you do what you're told you can still be killed because they feel like it? That street money isn't worth it. Get a job at UPS or something.
I cannot believe that a Gang like this right here would do something like that. I am glad that all the Gang Members are in Jail for life with no chance of Parole. I am glad that the FBI and everyone else who was a part of this horrific scene of killing's got all the members to Jail and Sentenced to Life in Prison without the chance of Parole.

Preacher never signed off on taking Donnell if you listen to Azie (Rich’s best friend) he says this in interviews it was their uncle who took Donnell
And the sad part is nobody went down for Rich or his lil brother murder. Their sister Pat is still broken 30 years later you can still see the pain in her eyes.
