Can you make a video about plant based diet and the documentary “game changers”???
The thing people don't realize is once you start eating cleaner, your desire to eat trash food goes down dramatically.
At All Costs it really does! a few months ago i tried eating pretty healthy, more vegetables, fruits, smaller portion sizes, etc, and i never really craved unhealthy foods. even when my parents came home with fast food i could easily resist it.
yeah i've noticed this too, since i've stopped eating candy a few months ago i dont really care for it anymore
different people have different reactions to diet change tho
Witch House that’s not dirty food though. Think more like soda, donuts etc. At least that’s what I think.
At All Costs not true been training Muay Thai and weightlifting since I was 14 and I still want to eat junk food then again I eat the basics because I really don’t care of the taste I see food as fuel
He didn’t mention the “food as fuel” mindset. That helped me immensely as an athlete and thinking of food positively
?? Elaborate please
Anakin Skywalker Eating purposefully. Thinking of how the food will make you feel. Will it help you perform better? Will it it properly nourish you with nutrients? Digestion? In the aspect of being an athlete: eating the foods that you find personally make your body perform better, faster, stronger, whatever. May be different for each person, for example: I find some high fat foods make me tired, sugar makes me “crash”, fruit makes me feel more energized, protein like cheese, chicken, steak makes me feel full. And when I eat Taco Bell, well, I feel amazing for about 10minutes while eating but am a sluggish poop for hours 😂
It doesn’t work for everyone. For me for example food as fuel makes everything soo boring that I give up and start binging. Food is a lot more than fuel. It’s pleasure, it’s dopamine. It might work for you as an athlete, cause you probably have enormous willpower. But for others not so much (
@@KTOTAKAYAALICE I assume you made a habit from eating like this and you lie to yourself it's dopamine. Think that life is more than food, and remember you don't live to eat, you eat to live. Wish you the best!
@@theodorg.5293 Thanks! I don’t consider life as food)) but research shows that food is definitely more that fuel. It’s social gesture, it’s comfort, it’s calmness. So the idea to get it straight as fuel won’t serve everyone. That’s what’s I was saying.

God this is so important and can’t be stressed enough. My eating disorder started because I went on a “health kick” that ended up being too extreme. No added sugar, no carbs, less fat etc- these food was good, and these foods were bad. I would skip dinner plans after work because that was strictly my workout time. At the end of of it all, I was constantly hungry but also constantly afraid of food. I just simply lost the ability to eat eat normally and intuitively. It’s not about good and bad foods; a healthy life is both physical AND mental. You cannot have one without the other.
Thank you for sharing this!! My situation is practically the same, I wanted to be healthier so I also went on a health kick. In the beginning it was small things, like cutting refined sugar. Then after that is was simple carbs and saturated fats, but then I started to get completely obsessed and I began to trick myself into thinking that all carbs, fats, and sugars are a no go. Which really leaves nothing else to eat other than micronutrients like veggies and protein. I had convinced myself that all food I ate was “bad” and I started to become afraid of most foods! And it’s all because I got my information off the internet. I got addicted to watching health videos and couldn’t stop! Once you start it’s really hard to just stop because you want an easy answer to what’s best. And being young I don’t know what or who to believe anymore and I just feel lost! :( Sorry for the rant it’s just making me crazy and I your comment rlly resonated with my personal experiences, just wanted to put that out there to anyone who feels alone with food anxiety your not alone! :) lol ok I’m done.
LTS 20003 omg thank you so much. I am actually trying to recovery from anorexia. My story is exactly the same and I also got all the informations about how to eat on the internet. Every time I had to eat something, I was searching it on internet to see if it makes me gain weight. In my head, I was different from the others because I got a little bit over weight a year ago. So I though that I had to eat as little as possible. I am always very afraid from most of the junk food, but I’m getting better and better every week mentally. Sadly, I still can’t gain weight and it scary me a lot to increase my portions. The doctors said that if I don’t gain weight, I will have serious damage on my body. My mom is trying to understand me, but she can’t really. I feel alone and comments like yours really make me feel better. It’s hard to always fight your head and I’m sending love from my heart to you. Happy Christmas and happy new year! ❤️
FYI Saturated fats are healthy according to healthline
Absolutely agree, thank you for sharing this 😊 It’s the same concept with other mental disorders too, and I’m happy that you’ve recovered. Thank God for health and well-being ❤️🤲🏼✨🌙

Zero mention of that at all in this video
“No one got fat from having one donut, just like no one got skinny from having one salad.”
This is one of those things that people think they know, but somehow forget when it’s about them.
Great video, as always!
Edit: love how many people take this quote so literally..
that quote defined the entire message. Love it
It's a weak quote without specifying how often. Having a donut every day will likely make you go fat, and having a salad (in place of another, unhealthier meal) will likely make you go less fat.
No one got fat from having one donut, because no one had just one donut.
The problem is not becoming fat. Its that the donut will make your bloodsugar spike and support bacteria in your gut that makes you want food like that even more. There is sugar and wheat which should really be avoided 100%.
This video was apparently wasted on some people
@@HardestManInTarot The video is basically an ad. If you feel great being fed nonsense, go ahead.

Would you agree that there is a morality associated with food, not from how 'healthy" it is, but from where the food comes from and how it is sourced? For example many people who refuse to eat animal products do so from a deep conviction of morality that the industrialized animal torture is unacceptable. I understand your points in this video were mainly on the anxiety of eating healthy and food choices, but I think there is definitely a morality associated with food, even if people do not share the same beliefs about it.
Your advice is great!!
I like the idea of not a attaching morality to food. Never heard of that idea before!

"The health and fitness community can be a confusing place to navigate. It's overloaded with opinions, pseudo science and claimed experts."
Jesus Christ ain't that the truth. I don't think I've ever read up on anything that was more contradictory and poorly communicated. There's so much nonsense out there.
Thats because who ever is telling you the "truth" usually has a book to sale you or a workout course.
You have to look for the science that those people can provide.
@@Uolverino7036 the science is very contradictory as well. One reason is that it is very complex, you can usually only find correlation. Let's say for example people who eat meats also develop colon cancer more often. Does that mean that red meat cause colon cancer or does it mean that people who eat red meat have something else in common for example maybe a less healthy life style overall, maybe they have more stress in their life etc.
A second reason are the way these studies are conducted.
I tried to eat extremely well and dove into dozens of studies. It's not as simple as "following science".
@@jenniferhergert4447 You are totally right, nutrition is still an immature science. Imho the best way to approach it is to rely a lot on your own goodsense.
@@mikestunt77 I agree, I personally take science as a guide and then experiment with what seems to make me feel well.
I have tried "every" way of eating, and have found which foods make me feel nourished and full of energy vs. the foods that negatively influence my mood and body.
And there are some things in science that seem to be true. Like reducing processed food and eating a lot of veggies and a wide variety of foods. You need a good basic knowledge and then I ignore the rest.
Just eat more healthy than unhealthy overall.
Consistance over intensity.
well you got to eat a certain amount healthy, having 45 percent of your diet be ice cream. you would never get healthy. even though thats more healthy then unhealthy.

Spinach is very, very healthy. It’s high in insoluble fiber, which is extremely beneficial. Insoluble fiber helps to have a “protective effect against certain gastrointestinal diseases, constipation, hemorrhoids, colon cancer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, duodenal ulcer, diverticulitis, obesity, diabetes, stroke, hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.” (1)
Biological compounds in spinach also play a protective role against many diseases. These include lutein and zeaxanthin, which promote eye health (2), high amounts of nitrates, which “can independently augment nitric oxide status, enhance endothelial function, and lower blood pressure acutely, outcomes that may benefit cardiovascular health” (3), and quercetin, which is pivotal in reducing inflammation around the body (4).
Spinach also contains high levels of antioxidants which ward of oxidative stress and slow aging, reducing rates of cancer and diabetes (5).
Some case studies also show that spinach can slow the growth of cancer (6).

Dennis And yes, according to a study encompassing almost 30 000 adults in the US, eggs are detrimental to our health. Directly from the paper:
“Among 29 615 adults pooled from 6 prospective cohort studies in the United States with a median follow-up of 17.5 years, each additional 300 mg of dietary cholesterol consumed per day was significantly associated with higher risk of incident CVD (adjusted hazard ratio [HR], 1.17; adjusted absolute risk difference [ARD], 3.24%) and all-cause mortality (adjusted HR, 1.18; adjusted ARD, 4.43%), and each additional half an egg consumed per day was significantly associated with higher risk of incident CVD (adjusted HR, 1.06; adjusted ARD, 1.11%) and all-cause mortality (adjusted HR, 1.08; adjusted ARD, 1.93%).”
Source: jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/article-abstract/2728487
Of course, with eggs, it’s been something that’s constantly been debated. No clear consensus has emerged, but many studies do find cholesterol in eggs to be a damning factor in their supposed inclusion in a health-conscious diet.
@Rip van Winkle fiber is the cleanser of our digest system
@Rip van Winkle
Interesting, then why we don't have a carnivore teeth or a short carnivore intestine?
I don't intend to be provocative, I'm genuinely curious about this clear biological contradiction with what you say. Humans are not even extremely fast runners by default, like most predators.
Our teeny tiny human teeth are clearly not designed to rip cold meat of a dead animal, and we have a very long intestine compared to carnivores more similar to fruit and vegetables eaters (actually nearly identical to some apes that eat mostly fruits and roots). Only our intellectual ability saves us from being the worst carnivores ever.
English is not my native language so to clear possible confusion I want to make a distinction:
Plants like spinach and salad are not what I consider vegetables, when I say vegetables I refer to fruit/flower vegetables like cucumber, pumpkin, tomatoes, broccoli, olives, eggplant and others of the kind. And of course by fruits I mean standard fruits like apples, blueberries and avocados.
I think those are generally healthy foods to base your diet on considering human biology and scientific studies (of course you can find conflicting studies on anything, I found only broccoli to be almost unanimously considered good by every study), I'm not sure at all about plants (salads, spinach) since humans aren't exactly herbivores. Totally different digestive system.
Of course different things work for different people, we are not exactly the same and our overall lifestyle is a bigger factor than diet sometimes. If an all meat diet keeps you healthy and energetic that's good, I am personally skeptical about extremes in diet tho. Since those usually don't end very well, I know many people that gave up meat and feel better than ever solving many issues almost instantly; and the tests they made confirmed that.
Personally I base most of my diet on fruits and vegetables, with a bit of quality animal proteins and seeds here and there. But I keep it flexible trying to find what works great for me, treating diet like a religion isn't very smart in my opinion

Maxx Chewning OMG HI MAXX I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS
Sounds like an inluencer box may be coming your way, Matt 😉🥔
Look at food for what it is, candy is like a drug. It makes you feel good but has no nutritional value other than a short spike in energy. So treat it like that, it's okay if you have a beer in the weekend, but it's not okay to drink beer regularly multiple times a day. Same with candy.
Rule of thumb: everything containing sugar is gonna mess up with your body in some way

Damn, I never thought about it that way. Thanks Matt! ❤️
@@lylaaxiom8750 You might wanna re-watch the video. Kinda missed the point.
Apart from some great soundbites, I feel like this an over-simplified video about something that truly requires a lot more in depth-knowledge to be addressed in a relevant way. You can't just simply say to someone "yes, go ahead and treat yourself to that ONE burger or dessert or whatever it is". Many of the most bingeable foods are bingeable because they don't make you full no matter how much of it you eat, or because the sugar in something makes the food addictive. Once your body starts craving something not because of it's nutrient value, but because it's programmed to override your system, it becomes harder and harder to make rational decisions about what to eat or when or in what amount.
I completely agree with you. We all know that some foods are more nutrient dense, less processed and lower calorie dense than others hence can fill you up more for less whereas junk food or fast food is calorie dense and not nearly as nutrient rich and doesn't fill you up as much. I could so easily inhale half a large pizza and still want dessert which would make up my entire day's worth of calories but get so full on homemade chicken salad wraps which would be a quarter of those calories. Having suffered from BED, I feel like this video didn't really give any real suggestions or tactics to people who have food phobia. The phobia doesn't stem from the actual food but the aftermath of weight gain or the shame from knowing you can't "just have one." Content like this works for people who don't have real food addictions or issues surrounding food.
@@NishutiP Thank you for this insightful comment! I hope you are doing better with the BED nowadays! I am so in agreement with you. And the thing I find as well is that most people have some form of obsessive or unhealthy attitude towards food. Most people just haven't thought or analyzed their eating patters enough to realise what's going on. Most people just eat what they eat, justifying it with "it's tasty" or "that's what I'm craving" never to question why they eat that way, or why they crave certain things (mostly carb fuelled stuff) in the first place. So many food disorders hiding in plain sight, and that also are so normalized in socitety as well as enhanced by the food industry. It really takes a tremendous effort to detach oneself to all the social programming around food and find what really works.
@@zaprude Thank you so much! Agreed 👍🏽
Time to learn food nutrient, chemical , biology, and pharmacy.
The thing is that eating salads and all, all the time is not eating "healthy", eating healthy is eating variated and balanced
Eating only salad can be healthy as long as you allow for enough fats and protein on your salad
Salads can be so many different things. Like a protein salad, or fruit salad. Bean salad
So eating nothing but salads can be healthy.
@@libertines24 not really we are humans we aren’t cows, eating a diverse balanced diet is the best i get more hungry and craving when i eat veggies and fruits only it make you crave like crazy but everyone is different seems like and depend of the mood, situation and season as well

A very good topic to disscus in the era of Super Foods and Junk Foods.
Straight up!!! Super Foods is a term that's made up by marketing people!!!!!!!!!
The truth is there is food and then there's ingredients that were either packaged to be food or mixed together and then packaged as food - this stuff is what you called destroyed - it's not really food it's just packaged as food.
So-called superfoods like avocados and kale, salmon cauliflower - these are genuine Foods - they are what the Earth produced - using the word SuperFood is a marketing gimmick and hyperbole - a avocado is a food not a anabolic superfood that's going to perform and some miraculous way.

Well congrats Matt, you just sent over 1 million people out to get a burger 😃
False
Yes but that missing one workout having one cheat snack leads to A BUNCH OF SHIT BECAUSE I HVE NO SELF CONTROL and all I do is binge and cry
They address that in the video. If one misstep leads you down a spiral of unhealthy eating, then you have an unhealthy _mental_ relationship with food. You need to change your mentality relating to food in order for that one cookie or that one burger or that one slice of pizza to not matter. It's all in the brain.
Mage Animator so how can one possibly have just one then
Lol - if you can learn to eat intuitively, like if you want to eat say like ice cream, and you recognize that you’re hungry so you eat something “healthier”, you won’t be satisfied and you keep eating and eating until you eat the ice cream, whereas if you ate it in the first place you wouldn’t have binged, and if you can also learn to enjoy “healthier” foods like fruits and veggies and less processed foods, then you can eventually make it to a point where you eat what you want and just that, but it’s not easy to get to that point, especially for some people more than others
@@hazelhudson9912 it is not that easy as it looks on paper. Just try not to eat added sugar for a few days and let your "intuitive me" eat one doughnut.. it is impossible.. some people, usually obese or overweight can not controll it, so going cold turkey is the only option.

It wasn't something I was consciously doing, but once I was able to realize it for myself, I actively corrected it and am so glad I was able to. I know it's much harder for a lot of people to correct behaviors when struggling with eating disorders.
Yep, you have an eating disorder: *you're eating too damn much!*
Ex nihilo nihil fit- let’s not make any assumptions.
Step 1: one junk meal doesn’t make you fat. Don’t worry.
Step 2: repeat for every meal.
Step 3: cry
😂😂😂
@Michael you have a comprehension problem, right? It was a joke..
Michael r/wooosh
Michael wow
Losers mindset
I follow an easy rule :
Eat healthy at home, if you're going out to eat, eat whatever you want :)
(I go out to eat maximum 1-2 times per week)
Yep me too
brilliant! i just realized i pretty much do the same!
@Ton Is that weird somehow ?
@Ton I mean,it's more about the person. I don't go out much either but 1-2 times a ween ain't much.
This video could of really helped me a year ago, I'm so glad I am better now.
Aw good job
I just noticed how good you are at being sarcastic without sounding pretentious 👍🏼 keep the videos coming!
I love how your videos share so many different ideas and cover so many topics, it’s extremely refreshing and open-minded - I love it 🤘
The quality of your videos is outstanding! The content, the dialogue, the text, the angles, everything is just inspiring and stimulating. Thank you for sharing your vision ❤
I just started my fat loss journey. From the get go I told myself I was changing my lifestyle. So even though I'm not working out right now. I'm trying to figure out what kind of relationship with food I can maintain for the rest of my life and still be happy and content. This has made it so much easier. I have the occasional "bad food" moments during the week. But on Friday. That's PayDay and my cheat day. So all of those cravings I had during the week for unhealthy food or eating, I try to satisfy in that day. I've lost 12 pounds in my first month and dropping.
Keep it simple. Don't freak out and make 1 small change at a time.
i enjoy the content you share with us. its always well made and filled with effort and passion. keep up the great work.
Him: “Nobody got fat from eating one meal.”
bet.
Quinoa Karaoke night 😂😂😂😂😂
Me: *eats five giant kebabs at once*
Metamonogatari kabab is so tasty bro 😋
@@MdSH-qf7hd hell yeah. We have the best ones in Marseille
ah, c'mon... no one eats just *ONE* donut.
I can only eat one at a time. They're too sugary for me, eating more than one makes me nauseous lol. Same with poptarts - I can't eat full 2-pack of poptarts without being nauseous.
True, some people don't eat any. They're not even that good bro
Buy a single one
Exactly. Of course you won't get fat from eating just one donut - or any other junk food - but who da hell eats just one donut? If I have just one donut today I will be craving it tomorrow. If I ate as many donuts as I want today (been there done that) I will get absolutely disgusted and nauseous by it, but 2-3 days after it, my craves will come back.
How are we supposed to eat in moderation things that weren't meant to be eaten in moderation? I mean, the Video Game Industry knows what makes us want to play more, the Social Media dudes know how to make us spent more time on their apps... wouldn't it be the same with the Food Industry?
@@taylorbritt499 the pop tarts is so true.I can only eat one and give the other to my friend
A “bad food” is just food that has too much of a nutrient or not enough, it is not really a “bad food” it helps me to think about it like that
“Just enjoy the burger.”
Good life advice.
Please try going zero waste for a month!!
Ace Spade Yes !!!
Shit?
My Pets And Me also good
It is impossible to go zero waste without dying. There is nothing moral about zero waste. Waste is not a bad word.
Brad Vincent it IS possible and it DOES make a difference
"... What if you just enjoyed the burger?"
Damnn, that awakened me.
This is so important! I've struggled with binge eating for most of my life. Learning to trust myself to know what / how much to eat, being mindful when I eat. Eating without regret. Eating what feels good in my body.
Matt: "Milk, bad"
Indian moms: (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
why is it bad actually? i thought milk is good for bones
@@NashTheGreat I'm not entirely sure but I know that dairy doesn't properly digest for me. Which in that case makes me lactose intolerant.
@@NashTheGreat milk isn't unhealthy unless it is adulterated
IDUP SWK a lot more people are lactose intolerant than they realize. i’d say complete lactose tolerance is actually rarer around the world, since only some humans adapted to be able to drink milk because it wasn’t a natural part of a human diet before some humans started more advanced farming.
IDUP SWK milk make your bones like sticks from tree, they are healthy but can easily been broke.
Oh my god the cinematography in all his videos is just....... 😍
Very good, esp for a youtuber
People love to hear good news about their bad habits
A healthy relationship with food. Man I got chills when that dude was talking about that part. Amazing vid.
God dammit you're a great filmmaker. Every time I watch one of your videos I'm blown away. Keep going man!
Growing up I was always eating home-made and usually home-grown food (yes, coming from a small village in a small country), so for me, eating what is considered healthy and trendy today, was always a normal thing to do and I never needed hard-core diets to feel and look ok.
But as I am meeting people from all around the world that grew up in a completely different mindset I came to realize that we all have to find our own way of eating because we are coming from a different background and have different understanding of same words (such as a lot of vegetables or a small portion).
Moderation is the key.
I started eating healthy most of the time and still enjoy peanut M&Ms, ice cream time to time.
I struggle with binge eating these are the most effective tips I've ever heard. Thank you!
My cat just dunked his tail in my cereal...
edit: stop arguing about cats and dogs both are very easily lovable
Mmm love me some Chexshire Mix
Your first mistake was having a cat in the first place. Cats just see you as a food source, dogs see you as family. Therefore, it has been seen many many times, cats will eat you if you die in your house and dogs just lay down beside you and starve to death if they can't access it on their own. Just food for thought lol
@@meganssabode Yea..... lol. Plus they're evil little bastards that turn on you instantly for no reason. You can be petting them and they all of a sudden attack you and tear your hand to shreds. Dogs generally have a reason to do so. If you can't tell, I don't like cats, I'm also allergic so it's a good excuse to stay away from them lol
@@HickLif3 Cats r the best. They know a clawing or two aint gonna maim you, it only makes you stronger. Cats know we ain't God. Dogs a little less smart about that..they think their master is the big G lll
I think it's important to remember that cats and dogs all have their own personalities like humans. So in a way it's racist to say cats are so and so. Cats are different, dogs are different, your relationship to the animal is important.
I listened to Jordan when he featured on The Ground Up Show and found him to be a breath of fresh air in the fitness industry. He was also on Joe DeFranco's Industrial strength podcast a while back and the way he spoke about training and fitness has really motivated me over the last month or so to the point where I can feel and see a significant improvement in my overall health as I was in a plateau
Makes me so happy to hear, thank you!
Aren't we gonna talk about how the burger in the thumbnail looks exactly like a Krabby Patty
My dad always says, "can I have that meal with extra gluten please?" 🤣🤭
Mental health is key. Focus on that, the physical body will only be a consequence of your thoughts and habitual patterns. Well said.😊
The production quality is stupefying.
The subtle comedy bits are just 🙌 amazing
1:53 were just gonna act like he didnt cut out the stem part of the tomatoe wtf
The minimalism presence on the thumbnail is real!!! Nice vid :)
this is amazingly filmed and edited, i love your mini docs. The effort you put into your videos really show!
What a line..."most of the time, don't eat like an asshole. But when you eat like an asshole, don't treat yourself like an asshole"
There’s definitely bad food. Deep fried Mars Bars anyone? Shoutout to all my Scottish People
So happy you and Jordan collaborated. Jordan is one of the few people in the fitness industry I actually trust and respect. I love his approach to things. This was a great video. Thank you Matt! 🙏

I’m in recovery too, I believe in you!! 💗
Me too!! I have a ton of fear foods but so far I’ve gotten over 1 or 2 in treatment and i still got a long way to go
He's so well spoken and so right. It's wonderful to eat without feeling ashamed of it.
Loved this video!
Now that I've started meal prepping and tracking my calories, I've realized that eating healthily doesn't have to be hard at all. If you plan out most of your week's meals to be generally low calorie, you can totally still eat "bad" foods like burgers and donuts - IN MODERATION! My favorite burger at my favorite burger place is only 500 calories. As long as I only get the burger, and don't have the fries (500 cal), two glasses of lemonade (200 cal each) and a the barbeque sauce for the fries (around 100 cal the way I eat), the burger fits EASILY into my diet (though I certainly don't need or want a burger every day). Whereas a full menu at the burger place would take up 3/4 of my daily calorie expenditure.
Knowing roughly how many calories you burn per day, and how many calories are in your food gives you way more insight into healthy eating. There's no more good and bad food - just knowledge of how much of each food you can have while being healthy. Tracking calories for a certain period of time gives you knowledge of how much food is enough food. It recalibrates your expectations, so once you stop tracking (if you do), you'll have a much better grasp of how much a healthy portion of anything is. And that, I think, is one of the biggest issues people have with weight loss - a skewed understanding of portion size.
You've become my favorite youtuber over last one year. Quality content. Thank you.
I love his way to focus on people's thoughts over people's guilt about food ! Thanks for sharing !
Loved this video, I have really learned to enjoy all foods in moderation. I used to suffer from an eating disorder and would really beat myself up for eating something like a donut or eating cereal or drinking a Starbucks...I have gotten the most secure in myself and have made the most progress in my weight loss journey by being less rigid and less hard on myself.
I've started walking outside as my exercise of choice and stopped running. People may have different experiences with running, but for me it would strain my body and I felt like I could never really observe my surroundings and appreciate nature as much when I was walking. I experienced significant weight loss by walking for an hour around my neighborhood every other day.
I've started eating more slowly and mindfully and enjoying eating healthy, delicious meals I cook myself. I will eat one cookie or one bar of chocolate and realize I don't have urges anymore to eat the whole pack, and that I can really savor the sweetness of that one piece without feeling like its my final supper.
I'm happier than I've ever been with my body! I hope others find the peace that I have found with their bodies and diets (diet meaning simply what you eat)
Again thanks for the video, lovely ♡
“Life can be pretty damn boring if we don’t break our own rules from time to time”
Love this, it’s important to have goals to keep yourself on track and making the right decisions, but here and there breaking those rules to not drive yourself insane and not deprive yourself of the good in life.
I found your videos a few days ago and believe that these videos are changing lives. As a college student studying film production and trying to live a healthy life, I can say that you have quickly became one of my biggest role modes. Keep up the amazing work and high quality content.
„Mental progress is huge!“ I think that‘s my favorite quote right now! Such an inspiring and important video as the internet is crazy over this diet or that detox tea!
Video summed up in one sentence: Eat everything in moderation
There just saved you 8 minutes
That guy just says the most obvious things like it's some kind of illuminating truth.
God, EXACTLY.
With good visuals and music.. exactly
Exactly! Are Americans this unaware of how to eat correctly
Lots of things can sound obvious but aren't applied.
Most of us know how to ´live a happy and healthy life, yet so many of us fail to actually do so. The problem is not that we don't know things, but that we don't apply it in our own everyday life.
too much of muscle in one frame! 👀
“Just one slice of cake” is the same as “just one cigarette”. Some people will not get addicted, but many more will.

"Don't eat like an asshole. When you do eat like an asshole, don't treat yourself like an asshole"
