Legendaries and leg pieces runes only drops at monsters ilevel 87+ so only T10 maps or other map tiers upgraded with darkness energy, that's why you don't see them often before T10 maps 😉
There is no option for rune as of May 2024. You can get some legendary mats from disassembling gear, but not the ones you need to upgrade runes. Did they introduce a different way of doing it or did they just remove it from the game entirely?

Rune elements are dropping slowly and without various bonuses from events and / or rewards from game goals it would be impossible to upgrade runes to higher levels. What im curious about is... situation at endgame regarding those materials. Is it difficult to find them? Thx in advance for your reply!

After lvl 30, you can use candor essences on skill runes (that give white links), after 5 successes with a candor, a skill rune can be leveled up again one more level. Every 5 candors allows 1 more level up.
you get a lot of gold for doing the daily spire - especially if you can clear a lot of floors. if you have alts you could run spire w/ each and rack up. other than that just farm chaos dungeons w/ gold link runes on.

U can start farming legendary rune at tier 7 map :)

to get full blue skill rune you can also make a new charakter, lvl him to act2, you will get one free then
yezzzzir - or just map and they drop quite often :). got 3 of them over course of a couple hours last night.

Magic runes seem to drop a good bit. Maybe 1 every hour or two. Rares seem to be every 6-10 hours or so.
Errr...was thinking more on drop rates of red, green, blue elements.. and size also, because in story mode you get minors and thats it, heh...

yeah def keep leveling your runes - max is 30 outside of candoring/runestone/other +skill item options

i can do that :) - i've used 5 so far 3 have gone up 2 have gone down. most i've gone up is 6 and most i've gone down is 3
The document in-game says each outcome is equally wheighted. Means the ev is +2.5 quality since (-5+10)/2=2.5

You can use them to level up your cards to have higher level mobs. Needs a specific statue level to do so. Don't recall which level atm.

You can. There is a recipe at alchemy table it requires just 10 rare runes and nothing more
