The Nomad is like the Earthy, slightly grungy cousin to the Tribe. I think these two palettes would work beautifully together.

Totally agree with you on this one! I liked the earthiness but the light yellow to me just didn’t payoff like how it looked in pan.

I know this sounds crazy but I just picked up the Warrior palette the one with the gold and brown shades and I wore it to my best friend’s birthday party and it was so beautiful on the eye and so easy to blend... I just got this for 7.50 on Juvias site and the mini Magic for 12.50 a few weeks ago! They are so pretty but I wanted to see some looks for inspiration. I still am thinking about getting Warrior 2 but not a fan of all matte palettes. I have 6 Juvias palettes but will definitely be getting more. Thx for your looks. So pretty!

Thank you love for this video. I have a few pallets from Juvia's Place and I think the quality is awesome for the price point. However I'll be passing on this one. The colors that I like the most take way too much work, nope. This pallet reminds me of the colors in the metropolis.

This color story really excited me when I first saw it! I ended up getting Safari Raine instead, but I am eyeing this one. I really loved the third look. Samantha March created some pretty looks with this one too.
I prefer Safari Raine as a whole color story wise, but I do feel Coloured Raine shadows are better than Juvia’s. Doesn’t make Juvia’s bad, but if I had to choose it would be Coloured Raine. You made the right choice!

I want to try Juvia's. That palette is gorgeous but I thought it wouldn't look good on my brown skin, turns out it looks amazing on you. All four looks are stunning, and so is your green nail polish.

Please do more drugstore makeup videos! Because some of us penny pinchers can't afford Natasha Denona Or Auntie Pat McGrath. Please do videos on Maybelline, Loreal or Elf Cosmetics Something More Affordable To Audiences who don't have much money. Just a suggestion
I totally hear you. I bought some drugstore, and did not end up using the makeup because I never reached for it. And therefore had to throw a lot of it away. I have a few recs, and will be more than happy to share in a video. If anything, hopefully the techniques you see in my other videos you can apply to your favorite makeup items.

Love that green nail polish. Matches the Juvia box so well..lol So I have a quick question do you think the Rephr bronzer brush #22 is worth a $100
I do think it’s worth it BUT: if you don’t need it then skip it. The reason it’s so expensive it’s because they use a high grade hair that’s hand bundled to the brush’s shape. And the fact that it’s dense with nice movement is a unique feature.
I just thought it reminded of subculture

I think JP Metallics are amazing for the price as you mentioned but the mattes are just too thin for me and they take too much to work with. But still a great brand for the price
I don’t set my eye with Juvias. I find I get better impact. Also I pack on first then blend.

I’ve been eyeing that Juvia’s Place palette too but I have those tones from Sydney Grace and Coloured Raine. Ooh and you got the Power Palette. It’s so pretty but it’s so similar to Colourpop’s It’s My Pleasure palette. Did you pick up any of Coloured Raine’s blush duos? They are beautiful!

Well, I think I filmed this last Monday. On that day, I woke up at 5am, taught a mini live class, taught my private, trained a little bit, and taught two classes. And this doesn’t include the traveling between appts. So yes, sometimes my energy levels are a little low depending on the day. And I roll with it!

My order from natasha denona is finally going to ship. I ordered dec 2. Today is Dec 14. It will ship on Monday. I have never had any company take 12 days to ship anything which i am ok with. I am not ok with my billing being messed up and no one contacting me or replying to my email. I called them and spoke to someone who didn't seem to care much. 😭

kinkysweat Alicia, I was totally sold on the new Holiday 2019 fan brush thinking it would still be in the $48 price range. But it’s not😬. In your review, can you please compare the new brush to the 2018 Holiday brush? Just not sure I can justify buying the 2019 brush, when last years was cheaper and can do the same thing. Thanks🌺
Sheila King I can definitely say that this one is more expensive because it has more bristles. Now whether or not that’s a priority to you, will influence your decision. But it’s more so the design (white handle versus black and a gold ferrule), bigger overall with more bristles that makes it more expensive. Less about the function.
kinkysweat Ahhh...sounds like it’s a more substantial brush. I don’t have a dedicated fan brush and still have the 24S on my wishlist as well. Will certainly wait for your review before making a final decision 🤷🏽♀️
Sheila King sounds like a plan 💕 if anything, Hakuhodo has phenomenal fan brushes that might not be special edition, but can always one at a later time if this one sells out.
