Great work as always, I can't wait for the next episodes! A little tip: I work in a metal processing company, and I noticed at 05:16 a dangerous moment: when during the drilling or turning of the aluminum wires are formed, stop the processing and remove them. If the wires catch your finger, the spindle's rotation could rewind them and they can cut your finger. A worker of us risked having his finger amputated for this oversight. I saw that you are an experienced worker, but I still hope to help you with this tip!

I am jealous of your craftsmanship! Idea: lead the rear brake line through a metal pipe that is attached to the brake brace in stead of ty-raps.
