I worked for exedy very strickt guidlines for cleanliness of parts and effectivness but was slacking in gasket tollerance was fired for trying to uphold quality of product upper managent demands but lower cares only for quantity

This is great job brother, but i have a 1998 sienna van which when i put the gear on drive it will not move until i raise it severally before it will drive , could this be that the Torque is faulty or what could be the problem . please .
