Good luck. It's tough but a lot of fun. We went a couple times during the archery season and had some great hunts that we'll post soon. Get in the thickest stuff on the edges of marshes. Let us know how you do!

This was basically brand new when you went right? Didn’t they just open up for hunting?

Thanks for the question. They've actually had a hunting program out there since the 60's! It's probably morphed over time, but they've allowed hunting there for some time. Go get ya one. Good luck

Is there boat rental over there? I was told you need a boat to hunt the sika deers.

That's awesome. We just have to get out there and keep figuring it out. We actually saw some guys checking one in when we left so the deer are out there! You and I will get ours next year haha
