  • This stuffed AirFryer Jalapeño Popper recipe is Quick, Easy and Super Delicious. It’s crispy, creamy, spicy, cheesy and one of our most favorite appetizers. We stuffed this recipe with a crunchy ground beef filling which adds an extra layer of flavor.
    They are also wonderful to serve for indoor or outdoor family and friends gatherings. The poppers can also be reheated in the AirFryer for later serving.
    This is a recipe that you can also easily prepare and take on the road with you. I spent a very enjoyable day at a camp site watching the Great American Solar Eclipse 2024 which was a huge success with this recipe as an appetizer. It was the perfect snack to enjoy with family and friends on that very beautiful and memorable Eclipse Day 2024. You can’t go wrong with this Jalapeño poppers recipe.
    If you find a restaurant serving these, they’re usually topped with breadcrumbs and deep fried. I use an Airfryer to bake my jalapeño poppers for an even crispier taste.
    Wear kitchen gloves when working with jalapeno peppers and avoid touching your face or eyes. Jalapenos are spicy so protect your skin from being burned while preparing this recipe. Be sure to remove the capsaicin which is in the membrane of the jalapeno, to reduce the heat and spiciness.

    Ingredients:
    ✅ 1 pound jalapeños peppers
    ✅ Cream cheese or any cheese of your choice
    ✅ 1 1/2 cup ground beef (bacon)
    ✅ 1/2 tsp salt
    ✅ 1/2 tsp black pepper
    ✅ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    ✅ 1/2 tsp onion powder
    ✅ 1/2 fresh onion (finely chopped)
    ✅ 1 medium sweet pepper (finely chopped)
    ✅ 1 tbsp cilantro (finely chopped)
    ✅ 1/4 tsp cumin
    ✅ 1/4 tsp chili powder
    ✅ 1/4 tsp paprika
    ✅ 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    ✅ 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    ✅ 1 tsp sugar (to balance the taste)
