I used to live in a peaceful town, then I moved to delhi........now whenever I re-visit that peaceful town it seems more like a ghost town with beautiful building or a zombie apocalypse.......delhi changed me alot😭
we indians dont love chaos and noise. stop glorifying uncivilized behavior of us. whole world know that in south asia people drive without following traffic rules and without helmet. there is nothing to love about that honking and uncivilized driving. visit other countries and you will know how the better environment is when people follow rules while driving. well in fact you dont need to visit other countries. different states with in india can teach you this basic stuffs. of course huge population is a problem but that cant be the reason to justify all problems. we must work to resolve this issues.

He added the cheese at last on outside just b4 adding celantro. 2nd dish was lemon black pepper omlete. A thin crape like omlete then garnish with black pepper and lemon. Although I haven't eaten at this place but it's famous. Located at junction hence crowdy place. Location - surat, gujarat, india

Some opened juice shops, some opened samosa stall. In every office at least 30-40% of managers have their stalls where they work after shift at nights. One of my managers had Dosa Stall. Its very profitable.

Adding tomato or tomaro water (like chopped tomato soaked in water) is used in egg to reduce smell(in my term) liike when cooking normal omlet it smell such that someone get suffocation (or vomit) but due to tomato it reduce and omlet get more fluppy

Yes that was tomato, and the bread with butter is served along side to balance out the strong flavor from all those spices. I had a similar dish it was fabulous but it was too heavy for the entire day. The boiled egg that he added was to bind the "chutney" that he prepared earlier. The combined might of chutney and cheese along with the power of butter bread would surely blow your sensory bulb like Igor's from the ratatouille. Try to prepare it yourself it will be fun to watch..

Then fry it only from 1 side, do not fry second side of egg. & eat with pav shown in above video at 8.15 mins. This is called as plain half fry. but the peoples whose digestive system is very very good they try only. A lots of love from me & India to you.
