Darcy is not just talent but skill in singing, ventriloquism , acting that puppet , guitar playing , scriptwriting, absolute confidence with all that skill.
They were a bit unfair on Darcy Lynn. We all know she’s an excellent ventriloquist. She was taking the opportunity to showcase her other talents. She’s not just a one trick pony. I think she was amazing.
Agreed I loved this more then the little girl stuff. She was still doing ventriloquism but in a unique way. Cutesy as a little girl but she is now a woman.🙄 loved her second act fit her age better.❤
I can appreciate this take. However, what Simon says is true. Her unique selling point is ventriloquism. She is a great singer for sure, but she is nowhere close to as food as the second performer, and that's where there is truth to what they're saying. At the end of the day, they aren't meant to be there to be a best friend. They are judges, and the job is to judge. They didn't like it, and so they told her, but that's just a few opinions, ultimately like they said the crowd gets to choose.
This just proves that the judges haven’t got a clue as to what real talent is. We already know Darci Lynn is a fantastic ventriloquist, her adding more talent to her show is simply AMAZING! You guys are brutal…
yes! i understand that they saw her when she was younger and small and she’s grown now. i understand that they were sad and dissatisfied that her pupped left but if anyone else was there singing that NOT darcie with no puppetry, first time there, they would’ve been speechless.
it’s not that they don’t know, it’s because they need a certain quota of good and to-publicly-embarrass people and a lot of the judge and audience parts are staged, and so on… but yah not right

for reallll I really wanted to hear her sing jazz I like that she embraced her breathy tones, but it was a bit showsy with all the trills and such, those deep tones are so powerful and jazzy and I wanted her to go all out with them.

Oh my gosh!! Angelina Jordan sounds so much like Amy Winehouse!! Her look on Norway’s Got Talent was just adorable and even now at 13 years old on AGT she comes out looking and sounding amazing!! Wow!!! She is sensational!!
(1) Darcy was brilliant on her own. Her ventriloquist abilities are extremely unique and do offer her 'an edge' in such a full field of singers BUT she does not NEED to have a puppet in order to showcase her extreme talent and amazing vocals . (2) Peter, the little boy, was astonishing and i absolutely loved the 'old fashioned' look of his attire. It completely shows his respect for his talent and the ambition he has to be an international star, not just another fad celebrity one-hit wonder. (3) They made sure to mention the one girl (sultry voice) had won the Nordic version of AGT when she was young BUT Both times that Danylia was on AGT they never mention that she also won Ukraine (?) version of The Voice when she was young. And she was beyond amazing on that show.!!!

I've seen *Jackie Evancho* @51:22 & @1:00:00 perform live numerous times starting when she had just turned 14. She has the most incredible voice I've ever heard. Jackie is still the biggest selling sing ever from America's Got Talent.
Alot of the ones that are super good were students of Cheryl Porters, she is an amazing voice coach, she really dares a loves her singers, not only as students , but for themselves, she brings out the best in them.

So many talented people is hard to choose but there's something about Courtney I like. She chooses these songs that are probably some of the hardest songs to sing especially a female singing a male rock group songs like that.
