- After a lot of rain, the river was clear and clean.
Summer is over, and it's chilly in the morning and evening.
I brought my father to the hospital and went camping.
I didn't worry because it was the treatment I always had.
The next day, I got in the car to clean up and go back, and the moment I got in,
I hope I can turn back time.
One day, I remember the bitter and sweet camping forever.

Even being a man, I cried at the end. I couldn't even say goodbye to my father, as he had severe dementia and wouldn't have understood.
Beautiful video, my prayers 🙏 for you and Dad. Camping is something that I shared with my father and when he passed away it gave me comfort to go out there, even though I was by myself and reminisced about the wonderful things he taught me and wonderful time we spent together.
It truly is bittersweet, a life is a precious thing to lose. I lost my father last year and didn't have an opportunity to say goodbye bc of the pandemic. Though he had dementia, he knew who we were even if he couldn't remember our names. My hope is that you have/had time to spend with him that will help ease his journey and yours. You have a lovely, sweet son and love joy you two share on your adventures.

I use to do this a lot, back in high school and university!... I'm married now though, so we now use rooftop tents... I love the mountains here in British Columbia!.. They call to me all summer!... Just watch out for hungry bears, and that wild man that the natives are terrified of lol
